Just wanted to see peoples take on the game: Washington Wizards - New York Knicks. Personally I have a hunch that this game goes easily over the current line of 227.5. I think these games have so much commercial value for both NBA and the teams, since it airs around 8pm to midnight in europe (depending on the county). Based on the commercial aspect I think both teams will abandon the defence and go all out offensive and score plenty for the amusement of the crowd. Any arguments for or against?

I'm probably gonna lay the 7. As for the O/U, I deem that a coinflip. For the Knicks, Kanter is out due to international law and Hardaway Jr. is questionable.
We should all be aware that this event is taking place in "O2 Areana" in London, England and the teams have traveled a couple days in advance to adjust for the jet lag so that won't be a huge factor. With some key players possibly out for the Knicks, the Wizards being "slightly" better on the road, I would predict a final score of 114-104 Wizards.
BOL in your final decision.
"Schrödinger's bet." A bet that loses when you bet it but wins when you DON'T bet it...

Also, this event is at 3PM Eastern time (as the original poster stated above, 8PM in London) so all the degens (myself included) are getting their early dose of action before supper time..

Thanks. I found a wikipedia site where all global games and their results are shown and gotta say that my original thoughts do not get much support numerically. Will be fading this over/under line.

This isn’t a normal game for either team lean under
That was my initial lean due to the traveling and players out for the Knicks but of the two, the spread and the under, I think that the spread is a "safer" play. If you're gonna take the under, hopefully you don't get ed with the last minute fouling.. BOL in your wager..

The London game has gone over like four years in a row. Literally from memory, I had the Magic/Raptors Under and that LOST badly. Then, I learned, and I took the Pacers/Nuggets OVER and that WON easily. Then, I forgot my lesson, and I took the Sixers/Celtics Under and LOST badly. Learn from my mistakes, take the Over. No rhyme or reason. London games are track meets.
Good point sir except the Knicks vs wizards are nothing like the 76ers, Celtics, raptors, pacers, or the nuggets offenses.

My totals system that is on a 6-] run has this game going over. I posted it as well. Over 227. I don't personally think it'll go over by much but I think they'll be 220 on the board with 2 mins left and the fouls will just push this thing over. Wouldn't surprise me if it lands on 228. Something like 118-110 wizards.
