Philadelphia 76ers -3.5 Bucks and 76ers are pretty much even in most aspects. Both teams relies heavy on their backcourt and their defense to win games. IMO, the 76ers would come up on top because they've played exceptional defense after the two setbacks from the Knicks. In 4 of their Wins, they've only allowed their opponent up to 80 points. 76ers are also more effecient scoring at home. 76ers wins this one and cover.
Boston Celtics +3.0 Or the ML if you want a wee bit more for your buck. The Celtics is starting to come alive now. Looking at their last 5 results won't do them any justice but they are looking really well compared to when they played their first few games. Players are understanding and now settling to their roles and it will only take a bit more time for them to start clicking. Bulls have played 5 of their first 6 games at home but isn't back to the elite defensive team they were. They are playing really good defense but are lacking in players who can create them buckets. Carlos Boozer has slowly been regressing lucky for the Bulls, Noah has polished his inside game. I see this game being a classic grind out with the team who has a bit more offensive punch off them winning.
Denver Nuggets -4.5 Backing the team that has been playing well. Like the Celtics, Denver is slowly shaping with their current personnel. Although chemistry is being developed, they are still that different team when playing on the road. In their 2 road wins (against the Warriors and Rockets), they've managed to build leads only to give it back. I suspect the same thing and hopefully still come up on top. Phoenix isn't getting consistent offensive production from their guys and so it should be the main concern for them here. They should be able to play well with the Nuggets' pace giving up in the last few minutes of the game.

I agree with the Boston ML pick and the Denver pick, but doesn't that line if the Philly game smell fishy? somethin tells me Milwaukee wins Su after suffering btb home losses. Philly in a letdown spot their first game back home after a couple on the road? Bucks are 2-0 on the road so far this year and I doubt Jennings will shoot 1 for 11 again like he did yesterday. I am ridin with the Bucks who are hungry for a win in Philly after dropping 8 of the last 9 there.

how you liking the heats? There playing against a overrated and overhyped houston rockets team.
I dont see the heats dropping two in a row. Talent+skill thats well rounded against a team that only relies on Harden to run there offense.
I see heats winning 10+.
Your thoughts?
It depends on the line. The last time the Heat played Jeremy Lin was during the height of Linsanity and man were they ready. Houston isn't as one-sided as the boxers would suggest. They move the ball well and are getting open looks. I'd probably take the Rockets if I can get 6 or more. Wade looks terrible back and won't be different tomorrow. Also, Harden has always been superb against the Heat.

Philly isn't due or is on a letdown spot. If there's anything, Philly is due for a good home game. And yes, the Bucks are 2-0 on the road but that is because they caught an anemic Boston team and had a scare in the second half of the game in Washington. They are 2-0 but they are not as solid as that record. And yes, Jennings won't hit that low of a FG%.

Normally when a team is in it's first game home after a road trip, it is a classic letdown spot right? well then how do you justify saying Philly is not in any spot for a letdown? especially after just winning all 3 games on the road trip? I say they will be a little too relaxed and no way the bench keeps putting up so many pts.

Nope. A letdown spot usually is when the team is on the last game of a 3 or more road trip. They usually relax and take the day off since they are looking forward to going home. They are just playing good defense the last 3 games/wins so I don't really see them letting up.

Like the celts play and am on it myself. Hinrich is questionable and if he's out, i'll be adding more. Nate Robinson is not a sound leader. In the last game against Minny after Hinrich left he was awful taking care of the ball and running the offence.
