I think one of the smartest things Green Bay has done was to bring back Ryan Grant. The thing I like most about Grant is his experience and the ability to pick up blitz packages. Some fellas want to compare Green Bay's rushing attack to SF's but that's like comparing apples to oranges. SF has a power running game that is their bread and butter which sets up the pass. Green Bay passes to set up the run so I'm not as concerned with Grant having to rush for over a 100 yds to win this game. I just want his carries to be productive. And, if he stays in to protect Rodgers, great....he has done that very well over the years. As we already know, SF is a very aggressive pass rushing team and I'm suggesting that Grant is the type of guy who can offset their rush because he has good hands out of the backfield and he's proven to be effective on screens to the outside. Fellas want to knock Green Bays offensive line because they've given up 50 sacks this season but Green Bay has still averaged 4 yds per carry this season with a patchwork line. Not to mention, the personnel isnt even the same now as it was for the first half of the season. In fact, Green Bay has only given up 14 sacks over the last 6 weeks and replacing Saturday with Dietrich-Smith has been a huge improvement. No one seems to realize that SF has offensive line issues of their own as they've given up 41 sacks of their own this season. As for Green Bay's defense, I don't think they're getting enough respect by gamblers heading into this weekend. They are a very fast defense with athletic linebackers which is proven by their 4th ranked sack production this season with 47. So obviously, the Pack has the proven ability to get after the QB as well and we're already aware that SF's line is prone to giving up sacks. Only 8 teams in the league gave up more sacks this season than SF.
As for SF's two week preparation...I'm not sure if that will help them or hurt them. You know as well as I do that teams are capable of coming out flat with extended time off. If SF comes out flat.....it's over early. We're in week 18 and not week 3 so I'm not sure if there's anymore that these two teams can do to prepare for each other. At this point, it's all about lining up and executing.

Have both the same plays
Actually, on all 4 dogs this weekend
Agree with your posts, but I cant say the same things cause Im just a homer
Like the great SF defense that played 11 of 16 games against the 16th or worse offenses in the NFL

I don't think they'll be flat, either....Looking forward to this game more than any other this season

Much respect for you over the years and you excel in $pigskin forsure...Just feel like the Niners game is not that easy. Kaepernick is not under that much pressure as he's in his 6th or so game starting and next year they'll demand more-and he got better by the week. He played FLAWLESS vs a decent AZ defense in a near must win-or they lose the Division, bye, etc. Rodgers and the Pack wanted to win in Minny and they weren't your 2010 Pack in that game...
Kaepernick's ability to make plays is very dangerous and Crabtree and him have a rapport building. They look like Sea in November to me but I hate Akers.
I would not bet the farm either way...GL-love the other 3 plays...especially Houston-NE weak as a DD fav especially in the playoffs-
