Martin St. Louis might have a big game. It would be his style to produce some crazy 5 pt game with the last spot on the Olympic team still to be named. ( I hope they take him). Leafs are due for a let down continuation. There have been 5 times this year they have followed up a loss of 3 or more with another loss, and only 3 times they bounced back with a win. They haven't bounced back from a 3 goal loss the following game since december 12. What's more about this trend is that they haven't been able to bounce back from that type of loss on the road at all this year. All 3 "bounce back games happened on home ice.
JVR had the flu and took a private charter to the Panthers game. Could be that more than just JVR has the flu because they sure looked flat.
Game is a good candidate for an OT wager. Lots of overly cautious play when these teams involved in tight playoff races square off. Really should be 3pts for a regulation win in order to give more motivation to teams to try to win to before the clock runs out. Until they change that OT will be frequent so I guess it promotes their stupid shoot outs. Nobody wants to leave with no points so rather than take big risks late in the game we end up with teams trying to win in the first 2 periods then some pretty passive third periods unless one teams behind. I'd like to see Bishop vs Bernier befor I put my wager in but with those 2 I would lean towards the Under
