Hey dude. I have a good life but like getting high too. Moderation
I wake up early and go to work, in the morning my drug of choice is caffeine. At 5:15 I leave and smoke .1 to .2g of sticky sticky. Some nights if I'm not doing anything I have a gin and tonic or two. That's it, weekends sometimes I get all fugt up like I did in college, but not every weekend. I've enjoyed different varieties of pills like you, benzos (never on your level, just out of boredom usually), painkillers (always in moderation, always) but today I never really get into that shit. I eat extremely healthy now and only drink water (aside from coffee in the morning, coconut water when I need hydration, and gin & diet tonics) so in the name of being healthy, I don't really do drugs any more.
Although that mushrooms thread has me dying for a nice hollucinogenic weekend soon

sales is the best field for that. i worked in communications and sales and everyone was drinking smoking doing coke and painkillers. you could go cubicle to cubicle and people would have coke vicodin percs all kinds of shit it was crazy. eventually became too much but it was fun for the couple years it lasted and I was fresh outta college so it was like working at a frat house

The beer isn't that big of a deal at all......if you go with a light beer, then 6-9 beers a day is 650- 950 calories and 27-35 g of carbs... if you are working out 4 times a week then no biggie at all.
Would be 10 times tougher on your heart if you were smoking 2 packs a day or chewing a half of can a day.
It is a distinct possibility that the drugs and alcohol give you an edge by limiting your inhibitions and giving you confidence.
If you are doing well in life, then I would keep it rolling....set some goals and meet them, then think about changing.
