I can see why the Broncos are favored: lots of returning talent, a terriffic coach, coming off several good seasons, and a high pre-season ranking (whatever that means). UGA on the other hand has had 2 straight mediocre seasons, and everyone is on their backs. The public has been riding this as a Boise win all summer, but this is a very close match-up, a four quarter game to me. In a game like that, I favor the team with the biggest crowd support, and the best special teams games. UGA isn't just the best ST group in this game, they are probably the best in CFB.
My friends tell me to look for a much, much improved UGA defense the 2nd year they have run the 3-4. They have two huge nose tackles, something they lacked last year, and an experienced secondary. Add the SEC's top rated QB, two NFL quality linemen, a 265 pound FB, and a hybrid TE no one seems capable of stopping and the offense will be solid again. The Bulldogs will have a huge "mad-on" in a game where they feel they have been dis-respected, and have a lot to prove.
Kellen Moore is a weapon, an experienced QB who makes few mistakes. I just don't think they can spot Georgia 30 pounds a man on both lines and hold up all night. Look for the Dawgs to win a close one in the 4th quarter. This is the best matchup of the weekend, which isn't saying a lot, but this game and LSU Oregon are the ones to watch-----problem is idiot ESPN and ABC put them in the time time slot. Have to record one of these.

Kellen Moore is a proven stud, but lost his top 2 targets to the NFL
Relative home game for UGA
Richt on hot seat, this game is a statement game for UGA/Richt's tenure. If UGA loses look for the season to be miserable for the "silver britches."
Size/depth in the trenches. Dawgs if the defense can hold Boise St. out of the end zone to keep game close there size/depth will allow UGA to control game with running attack, and get after the QB on D.
KEY PLAYERS:
Isaih Crowell (RB)/John Jenkins (N)
In my opinion these two players will determine the fate for this team. If Crowell can live up to the hype...watch out, and if Jenkins can be the anchor in the middle for Grantham's 3-4 this will allow UGA to utilize their athletic defensive players. I am not sold that either will be able to accomplish what they were brought in to do right away, but I am excited and nervous to find out on Saturday.

What a terrible way for Boise to start there yr. With a LOSS! First loss in the first game in a while! Georgia will put a BEAT DOWN on Boise. Georgia 42 Boise 17

I still think that Boise continues the trend and covers in the first half as they like to come out firing in the first half...but I can;t wager anything so my thoughts don't count

ahola big daddy......hope the summer was great....it is football season.......
aloha and good luck this season my friend
Still can't find a local...I didn't even watch any ESPN yesterday to avoid going crazy. I'm normally pumped and ready about this time but for now I think I can leave my golf clubs out...matter of fact I think I'll call in for a tee time for Saturday.

Very persuasive, I may change my analysis due to the eloquent way you made your case. Thanks for playing. It is posters like this that make people come to a betting site.

Georgia looks as bad as they did last year, they just have an easier schedule. Probably a 7-5 team rather than 6-6. Can't run block, can't defend the pass, and no creativity on offense. Boise is well coached as usual, and Kellen Moore is excellent at dinking and dunking. He always seems to make good decisions.
