I believe that God has a path for all of us....A path that will make us the most happy.
I also believe that we have free will. More often the path that we choose, deviates from God's path which doesnt lead us to the ultimate happiness
I believe that if you truely seek God and ask him to guide you, i believe that he will close the gap between the path you have chosen for yourself and the one he has chosen for you.
Again, we have free will, what we do with it is our choice.
To understand, Lets take a hypothetical scenario. The recent superbowl.
Suppose Manning prayed with everything he has to God so he wins the bowl, and lets also assume Brady did the same thing.
Obviously Manning won and Brady lost. One could either assume that God listened to Manning and not Brady OR, it wouldnt have mattered because if no one prayed, there would still be a winner and a loser..
But what if God listened to both of them? You might say, well that is impossible because he answered one but not the other. true, however, what if God thought in the ultimate path of things, Manning will learn more if he wins the bowl than if he lost and Brady will ultimately learn more things if he lost than if he won?
This is just a suggestion. Maybe what we ask for and dont get sometimes happens because what we think is right for us and will benefit us, in fact could be the oppisite, but we just cant see it yet.
Just a suggestion.
