Damn that was so agonizing to watch. Nuggets could have been had. Lakers gave it away. Bynum did nothing in the 1H, Kobe had a miserable 2H and they still fought their way back to within 5 from down 24. Had Lakers -3 for the 2H...that was a terrible giveaway by Kobe in the dying seconds for the B2B 4 points to kill the cover, or at least a push. Anyways, the refs sure helped Denver's cause tonight with some juicy calls against the Lakers. Anyways, tomorrow looks to be some nice plays waiting. GL to everyone tomorrow.

Worst argument. No way any team anywhere wants to lose a playoff game.
You 25% closes to elimination regardless of the quality of the opponent.
NO WAY? You watched the game right? The Lakers totally looked like they absolutely had to win this game. They'll shrug off this loss like they always do and refocus for game 4. I was surprised how the public was pounding the Lakers. Aside from getting Ron back, you DO know that the NBA generates that much more revenue by extending teh series right? Staples just cashed an extra 5+ million just by ensuring a Game 5. Obviously no one wants to risk a Game 7 just to make some extra money, but extending it to 5 for a few extra bucks is realistic. Lakers had that luxury being up 2-0.
Again, everyone knows the Lakers are the superior team. This was a situational play. And the Nuggets were bound to catch the Lakers slacking for one of them.
