Peterson is gone but I think Boise will be alright especially in conference play. Unfortunatly Ole Miss a hungry SEC opponent will be showing up at the Georgia Dome with a chip on their shoulder. Covering a 9 point spread against the Bulldogs won't be an easy task but Wallace and Company have the weapons to get it done.

3) Ole Miss D will be very talented and very hungry
4) I think Wallace is at least 1 maybe 2 steps above the Boise St QB; Wallace will have a chance to play in the NFL, I don't think the Boise QB will
Washington and BYU blew out Boise last season with Peterson as coach. Personally, I think this Ole Miss team is more talented than both of those. I just don't this matchup will be that close.

Boise had trouble on both ends of the ball last year. They are going up against an upper level SEC team without the firepower of years past. I would have to think Ole miss wins this one by 10 or more.

I was all over Ole Miss when I first saw this match up, won a dime on Boise under 10 wins last yr & Miss D should be in the top 4 or 5 in SEC this yr. However, this feels like a trap play. It is not unrealistic for Boise to cover. Having a new staff can give them a small advantage in the 1st half if they execute because they will be running some stuff Miss has not seen. Not that Boise D is going to be awesome but they will be much improved. I know for sure their kids will execute their assignments on D they always do. Last yr they were in the right spots but they weren't making plays when they got there. Bo is very good but there are 7 new players on O. Will all the moving parts click 1st half if Boise D is playing sound assignment football? Idk. Thursday night made for TV it seems too easy to lay the pts. It is likely to be bet over 10. Ole Miss could be leading 34-10 in the fourth but Boise starters are good enough to put 2 on the board against the 2nd team D in the fourth. I think it's fishy.

Boise had their run for years in games like this. They were an ATM machine in early season dog rolls.......those days are no more. Miss is a real threat to do some damage for once in the SEC. I say lay the 10 now before it gets to 11 or more.

Be forewarned! Ole Miss is for real and they will be the Spoiler in the SEC West Division. They have a lot of talent on both sides of the ball and they could go 9-3 this season. It all depends on a lucky break, or a missed call. Ole Miss beats Boise State by 14 pts.

I'm on Mississippi at -10. I have some already on the Mississippi money line because i don't see how Mississippi loses this game. Boise St isn't the same team that finished in the top 10 4 times between 2006 and 20011. Boise didn't beat any good teams last year and lost 5 games. The best in the mountain west ought to get a beat down going on the road against a loaded SEC team with a good senior QB. Houston is a home game for LSU, it is a shrewd move recruiting wise for LSU to play a game there, it is not far from New Orleans and a lot of New Orleans residents were forced to move there after the flood. Bo Wallace the Mississippi QB is very good when healthy, he has gotten banged up during the SEC season each year but he should be just fine for this game.

I don't know jack about BSU so I'm not going to make a prediction. Just gonna say that Wallace to Treadwell is going to be the best QB-WR duo in the SEC this year esp when Wallace is healthy, which if he starts one game healthy it will be this one. While I haven't watched a practice this year, everyone says Robert Nkemdiche is absolutely manhandling people in practice (not sure if that's good for him or bad for the O line). Ole Miss fans will travel very well to Atlanta.
