If you were really an attorney, you would know that.
Nobody said an autopsy was a ballistics test.
But, given that you have asserted in multiple posts that: wound ballistics "include an examination of the wound to determine distance, angles, trajectory, and powder burns"
Are you now pretending that you didn't say that, it was inaccurate, or those tests weren't conducted?

Please link one fact that supports your assertion that Zimmerman did not start the altercation.
=======================
Please link to one post of mine where I asserted Zimmerman did not start the altercation?
Just one.
Note: I've made various links to Zimmerman claiming Martin started it, and that I believe that scenario is plauable. A real attorney would understand the difference between those two things.
Do you know why you can't?
Um, Zimmerman's account is available via multiple media sources.
As an aside, unlike you, I have made no factual declarations as to what happened.
You can't demonstrate I've done this anywhere, at all.
You have sided with a white over a black.
Um, Zimmerman is more hispanic than Obama is black. Oh, and I've sided with the facts.

You have flatly said no ballistics were conducted. In fact you said and I quote: "[Wound ballistics] was never ordered or directed here because the prosecution and/or police did not feel it was necessary"

What a great police officer you would have made. No gang or mafia member arrested on your shift.
As an aside, prosecutors face charging decisions day in and day out where their decision could risk their life. To suggest that this case somehow trumps those is pure ignorance of the system.
How can you try to make it look like this isn't one of the most unique set of circumstances in recent and distant memory?
Angela Corey had tremendous pressures on her to make sure Zimmerman was charged and he was arrested. My point was very true and even you wouldnt be stupid enough to deny it. If Angela Corey had decided not to charge Zimmerman, very likely she would've been thrown into the 'white conspiricy' and faced serious ramifications from the overwhelming group of people that don't understand how evidence works. Perhaps even threats on her own safety or life.
Much easier for her to attempt to charge Zimmerman and let that play out and deflect pressure off of herself.

I never realized that intermediate range was sooooo close...mercy
now what would close range be...??????
A leaked autopsy reportedly shows that the bullet that killed Florida
teen Trayvon Martin was fired from "intermediate range," which one
forensics expert said means anywhere from one to 18 inches away.
I always thought that one inch might, just might be called point blank range.....
as the good lawyers on here say....never assume wow

SANFORD, Fla. --Trayvon Martin, the Florida teen shot and killed by former neighborhood watchman George Zimmerman in February, had drugs in his system at the time of his death, ABC News reported Thursday.
Martin's autopsy report shows traces of the drug THC, the active ingredient in marijuana, were found in Martin's blood and urine, according to ABC News.
The report came shortly after prosecutors announced they would be releasing hundreds of documents in the case to the public Thursday.

On the infamous 911 call that Zimmerman made to police, Zimmerman told the dispatcher that Martin looked like he was "on drugs or something."
That suspicion--which was twisted by the left and the mainstream media as part of an attempt to accuse Zimmerman of acting on racist motives--has been confirmed.
ABC News also reports injuries to Martin that supports Zimmerman's contention that there was a physical struggle between the two young men:
The autopsy also shows that Zimmerman shot Martin from a distance of between 1 inch and 18 inches away, bolstering Zimmerman's claim that he shot Martin during a struggle that landed Zimmerman on his back, Martin straddling him and banging Zimmerman's head on the ground.

Narrative Epic Fail.
More irrelevant info! Mary Jane makes you feel mellow not confrontational ,but no toxicology report on the Z-Man, he seems to get the benefit of a doubt, maybe because he has on the right camouflage.

wtf is this a flash back to the first Great Depression?
speaking of depression, Zimmerman was on prescribed drugs, which we all know that the science says are much more dangerous then THC the active substance found in marijuana. SSRI's

Hey, remember when the innocent teen was gunned down for looking suspicious?

I completely agree. This pot thing means nothing to what actually happened.

so the guy smoked some pot and that provides more support for Zimmerman's defense?
I am not stating an opinion one way or another on what actually happened but the fact that Trayvon smoked pot adds little to nothing to the story.
Actually, it adds a lot to the story.
It demonstrates that:
1. The narrative pushed by the left - he was an innocent teen - is false.
2. It demonstrates he is willing to break the law
3. And most importantly, it is another piece of evidence validating Zimmerman's account of what happened. Specifically, This fact proves Zimmerman was nor arbitrarily 'profiling'.
Zimmerman clearly stated one of main reasons for his suspicion of Trayvon.
"This guy looks like he’s up to no good or he’s on drugs or something. It’s raining and he’s just walking around looking about. [00:25]"
Not because he was black or wearing a hoodie.
Because his behavior was consistent with someone on drugs.

This is true ,but sometimes some vulnerable people experience psychosis ....lossing contact with reality and get a false belief of what is taking place ...
..and as most smokers know ..there are those times when cannabis causes extreme paranoia ..which can cause anxiety, panic and bad judgement..

AND HE WAS RIGHT.
14 you are right in that it does prove that Martin was not this innocent person that was portrayed. However, at this point I doubt that many people believe that he was just a saint. I think the same can be said for his willingness to break the law. And it does support Zimmerman's accounts.
I just say that it does not tell anything about how the actual incident went down. It tells us nothing about the fight and/or how /why he was shot (whether it was justified or not).
- Many of us have smoked pot
- Many of us have been in fights
- Many of us have probably done things that we are most likely not proud of
But these three things do not mean that we deserve to be shot when an altercation occurs.

He can't stand straight...wobbling around like someone spiked his tea ..in the last surveliace vid the store worker looks at Trayvon.. like he's wondering what's up with him ....as Trayvon has a problem finding the door he came in ..

I am shocked to think that an alias and alias supporter thread would try to Spin/twist the issue
