Babu Cody i noticed this recently. i did honestly try logging in earlier this morning.this HC line Opened with '+' attached ystday and literally took off. its africa for gosh sakes..theres no way i can sit here with a straight face and tell ya i foreseen it moving THAT much. will probably end up 1-0 now. LOL
friend sent the bulk of it, added a few lines but thought id post this, slow day. huge 2 round slate of them this upcoming week.
" if you love 'Unders' then the ANC Qualifiers has got to be at/near the top of your list. reasons being from my own experience:
1) field conditions. some of these fields are terrible, with forest and thick brush literally 30 feet from field. to the north? barren, grassless playing surfaces. seen videos of errant shots screeching over crossbars literally rolling down a hill into a croc infested river. LOL. (if you think YOUR own job is tough? try being a ball boy down there)
2) quality of play. defenses are always going to have a better advantage, defending is easier than trying to dribble around someone. which brings us back to the fields, the great "equalizer" when playing an opponent whom is much more skilled. when you see the ball taking 4-5 bounces between teammates...doesnt matter how good you are... advantage defense.
3) players themselves. a) many collect salaries from europe. and from the club perspectives; quite often they wont even release players to participate. this has always been problematic no matter where, countries governing bodies vs club "drama shows". and with africa, this is always on the front pages.
quite often players elect to not even go, dont want to risk injury, hate the long trips, and often --- safety concerns. not just themselves but family as well.
good luck finding a valid, confirmation of starting lineups.
when you can get someone like 1) Comoros holding African Power Cameroon with their pipeline of european players to a 1-1 draw 2) Gambia with a 100+ FIFA ranking difference with Algeria holding to a 1-1 3) ditto Madagascar to World Cup rep Senegal..... well, i guess its adds a lot of validity to the above comments.
first two rounds this year and the 'under is 29-19
two years ago total was 82-62
previous qualifier was 53-31"
for me, im not paying a juiced up under 2.5. im probably ALREADY in a sh*tload of trouble for even THINKING of doing this. on a whim, just gonna cut the risk in half and let it fly.
