Usually I do western union but these guys are just a hastle now. It used to be $2500 max and all you had to do was let them know and get your money the next day. Now it's $1500 max and it takes 2-3 days.
So what is the best option? I've never done any transaction other than Western Union so I'm skeptical with these types of things.
Opinions and stories are welcomed and appreciated.

2-3 days? should be 48 hours from the morning that it was processed, sometimes earlier.
this is new but you have to get a prepaid card that allows you to receive payouts via a greendot money pak. 250, 500, 1000 at a time.
i know what you mean about the western union hassle because it seems that they are getting stricter by the minute. i almost did not receive my last payout because the city 5dimes told me that it was coming from did not match the city shown up on the computer screen at the western union location.

Yea. It took about 48 hours from when I made the request and they don't process on weekends and it's a $75 fee. Just too inconvenient.
I saw the greendot money pak option and it seems to be the best option. How does the process work? How often can you withdraw? Fees? Can the money be transferred into cash or is it just on the card?

they do'nt process on weekends? that's odd, but things are always changing in this industry so i shouldn't be surprised. last time i requested a withdrawal they said $990 was the limit back when $2500 was the regular limit.
green dot money pak is unlimited on any day depending on how much funds they have to send. so it's not like you can only do it every 8 days. this is information that i got within the last 2 weeks so don't be surprised if they keep changing the policy.
on the 5dimes website it gives you a list of prepaid cards that can be used to receive payment from someone through a green dot money pak. Some of them have fee schedules on up to like $10 a month just to be able to have one but there are some better ones that aren't as bad. It's a good idea to apply for as many as you can so that you can receive more than each card has as far as daily or even monthly limits. The best 2 cards that i have gathered so far are the serve card by american express and the akimbo card.
i haven't done the serve card yet because i had to cancel my american express bluebird and it will take a total of 30 days before i can apply for the serve card. btcmiami is a promo code you can use when you sign up for the akimbo card for a $5 bonus to it as soon as you activate it. as long as you sign off instead of using a pin, akimbo has no charge to it, there is a 0.99 cent charge for pin transactions, i haven't seen any other card like this. Just in case though i also applied for the account now card and walmart money card which i might use later. i also got a univision card and the discover one called didi cash but both of these have high fees and i don't plan on activating these.

Really appreciate the in depth response, crow. I'll definitely get that figured out.
Messier -- The $75 fee is what annoys me. It's only $8 to send but $75 to come back? Plus...I'm a degenerate. So when I get my money up, I want to take out. If I have to wait a week to withdraw again, I'm not quite sure I'll have the patience. Which means I may not have the funds to withdraw in that week. This green dot method seems a lot more convenient.

I was wondering the same about the Green Dot card situation too...
They entice you with the unlimited, free, withdrawals and say you're able to cash "anonymously"... BUT I read it's only to a card off THEIR "suggested" list. These cards also require you to personally sign up, and 5D states they will not send to a card not registered in your name. I looked at a few and found they all needed a SSN when registering...so how the Phuck do I remain anonymous??? And is it worth reporting my social, to save on transaction fees???
If anyone else is using this method, and/or knows more than I do...PLEASE feel free to correct me. I'm in the same boat as Sparky; won a massive Trifecta (nearly 2900-1) two weeks ago, and have been degen-ing it up since.

there is no suggested list. it's just a list of all the possible cards that are compatible with receiving a green dot money pak. In fact you might even have a credit card already that is not even a prepaid card that can receive green dot money pak.
So 5dimes said that they would not send a green dot money pak to a card not registered in your name? They do however say they will send a western union payout to another name if you are blacklisted.
All of those cards need your SSN number and there is a reason for that. Do you think it's there to make sure people are paying their taxes off their 2900-1 trifecta wins? No that is not the reason. Why do you feel that you need to be anonymous? What's wrong with collecting minimum amounts over a period of time to go under the radar? Are you that impatient?
If you are that hardcore and worried about people finding out that you are a terrorist betting on sports, you are NOT playing with your own name at sportsbooks in the first place. Don't all the major sportsbooks ask for your social in the first place before you even sign up? Why is it that you risked winning a massive trifecta in the first place if you are so worried about getting caught?
It's unfortunate that a lot of people are just not intelligent enough to think these kind of things through ahead of time. What's worse is that they aren't even willing to accept something as simple as paying the tax after winning so big, sorry but i just can't relate to you and it might have to do with the fact that i'm no longer afraid of death let alone worried about some tax bill popping up or something later.
There are debit cards out there that people from other countries buy outside of the usa so that they can get paypal verified, do some online shopping or what have you. These cards don't have any names preprinted on them or have any restrictions like the cards out of the united states do. You pay money upfront for these cards and of course i would recommend doing good research beforehand if you're going to go this route, but i would definitely ask the sportsbook about getting your payouts to it. But these aren't necessary right now in my opinion unless you know you're going to break the casino/sportsbook because they have high limits.

Crow, I truly respect you, but I think you interpreted my post wrong...
Obviously, I did use my personal info to start an acct with 5d...which is why I take my payouts directly through them. I surely don't want to go open another acct or acctS, for what I can already do without problem. I was merely pointing out what details or info I read, and what I thought of it. As I mentioned, if I was completely wrong about it, I'd prefer someone to correct me so that another interested bettor didn't get the wrong info.

based on your trifecta win, it sounds like you would highly benefit from getting paid out over time through the green dot money pak
