New Hampshire isn't a particular hotbed of political conspiracy, and
even their birth certificate bill seems to have been defanged, DiStaso reports:
The chairman of the New Hampshire House Election Law Committee says
an updated amendment that would require presidential candidates to
present their birth certificates when filing to run for President in New
Hampshire would not take effect until January 2013 and so would have no
effect on the 2012 New Hampshire primary.
"Sponsors say it's not about Obama, but rather about some Egyptian guy who tried to run for president. "

seeing as how new hampshire is one of the more liberal states i dont see why its impossible that its not about obama
and why is it funny that a state actually requires someone to prove their eligibility? whats next, just trusting someone they have insurance when you get in a car accident?

It is my understanding that it is not the Liberal/dems who are pushing this bill...
I am actually on the side of more verifiable proof for all government leadership from the state level to national...
So there should be a formalized process where people running for office and verified for their citizenship and this would curb the senseless drama that birthers have displayed since 2008...

You say that around here you just might catch one between the eyes. You want liberals go a little south to that cesspool known as Massachusetts!!

you are right, i, for whatever reason, assumed the bills sponsor was liberal since the state in general is. but whether or not the bill is about obama, shouldnt detract that NH (as im sure many states) doesnt require any proof of eligibility.

This is what separates you from the polarized left/right winged wackos who simple spout rhetoric
And when reality gets too real, they get into insults/bashing and relegated to correcting spelling...
We can actually have a discussion and dialog about reality rather then bickering back and forth

The GOP wants nothing to do with this issue with Obama unable to get above 42 per cent in most polls. Why stir up things? They can always turn Obama into Bush-Reggie Bush-retroactively to rid of us of the wise Latina and the Christmas movie goer.
