I dont give a shit what the books think you fuckin bafoon they had the Giants as dogs the entire world series!! ahhahahahahahah. GO back and look at the favorites for the past 3 years.....they are trying to trick you into putting money on the Jays. Marlins were also heavy favorites last year to win it all. I guess you dont remember that far back.

And you think JP Ricciardi is still the GM of the Jays.
Shows you really arent as smart as you think you are.

With all due respect EastOakland, I think you are undermining the Blue Jays, even from a before the trade standpoint. Sure the Jays only won 70% games last year but figure in this:
1. At one point 3 of are 5 starting pitchers were all injured at once (Morrow, Drabek, Hutchenson). Keep in mind, our bullpen was just as banged up. Our #1 relief pitcher Sergio Santos missed the season after only 3 starts and our other relief pitchers (Frasor, Luis Perez) had their seasons cut short as well. Keep it mind the Jays significantly upgraded their bullpen last September when they aquired a power arm in Steve Delobar from Seattle in a trade for Eric Thames, and added a reliable control pitcher in Brad Lincoln from Pirates, aquired in a trade for Travis Snider.
2. Our skilled position players were just as banged up. For a spand of about 2 months (longer for some players), were missing Bret Lawrie, Jose Bautista, JP Arencebia, & Adam Lind ALL AT THE SAME TIME.
3. Blue Jays were right in the hunt for the AL East crown leading into the allstar break entering the All Star Break, and went down all at once just as your A's team was getting hot.
4. Jays STILL got 70 wins in the hardest division in baseball, even playing with a lineup made up of 50% AAA Las Vegas players for the better part of the second half of the season, and a week to week shuffled up starting rotation for practically the entire year.
