Cowboys 38, Eagles 23: Dwayne Harris had a 78-yard punt return for a touchdown early in the fourth quarter and Brandon Carr returned an interception 47 yards for a score just over a minute later as visiting Dallas handed Philadelphia its fifth consecutive loss.

Tony Romo tossed touchdown passes to Dez Bryant and Felix Jones while throwing for 209 yards and no interceptions. The Cowboys (4-5) posted just their second win in six outings while the Eagles (3-6) are mired in their worst losing skid since 1998.

Nick Foles replaced a concussed Michael Vick and fired a 44-yard touchdown pass to Jeremy Maclin. The rookie, however, threw behind intended receiver DeSean Jackson in the fourth quarter, leading to Carr collecting the carom and racing into the end zone to deflate the faithful at Lincoln Financial Field.

Vick tossed a 2-yard touchdown pass to Riley Cooper before sustaining a concussion following a hit from nose tackle Jay Ratliff in the second quarter. Vick also suffered an eye injury on the play.

With the score tied at 17-17, Harris reeled in former Cowboy Mat McBriar's punt and raced down the near sideline.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Foles became the first Philadelphia rookie quarterback to throw a touchdown pass since A.J. Feeley did so in 2001. The last Eagles rookie to throw a TD pass was running back Brian Westbrook in 2002. ... Harris' touchdown was the first of his brief career and the first kick/punt return for a score allowed by Philadelphia in 71 games. ... Cooper's one-handed catch was just his third reception of the season.
