Shonn Greene scored on a 23-yard run and Dwight Lowery returned a late interception for a touchdown as the New York Jets held off the visiting Minnesota Vikings 29-20 on Monday night.

Nick Folk kicked five field goals as the Jets (4-1) won their fourth consecutive game. Rain and lightning delayed the start of the game by 45 minutes.

Brett Favre threw for three touchdown passes - two to Percy Harvin and one to new addition Randy Moss - but was picked off by Lowery with 90 seconds to play to drop Minnesota to 1-3.

LaDainian Tomlinson rushed for 94 yards on 20 carries and Greene added 57 yards and a touchdown with 4 1/2 minutes to play for the Jets, who led 9-0 at the half on three field goals by Folk.

Favre, playing in his first game since allegations surfaced that he sent lewd photos and racy texts to a former female team employee, finished 14 of 34 for 264 yards with one interception and a pair of lost fumbles.

The 41-year-old quarterback hit three milestones during the game. He reached 500 career touchdown passes with a 37-yard strike to Moss, went over 70,000 yards passing and set the NFL all-time mark with his 162nd fumble.

Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez was 21 of 44 for 191 yards. He connected three times for 41 yards with Santonio Holmes, who was making his Jets debut after returning from a four-game suspension.

Moss had four receptions for 81 yards and a score in his first game back with Minnesota after he was acquired from New England last week.

Harvin had five catches for 97 yards and two TDs and Adrian Peterson rushed for 88 yards on 18 carries.
