Hello my Friends
Good luck today
@p_66 @Barbarossa
Good morning gentlemen! Finally rained here and cooled a little but back to heat today. Summer used to be fun when I was a kid, too damn hot to play outside.
Barb, thiught I read you were going to Black Forest, are you near Freiburg by any chance? I spent a summer there studying, lovely place. Good times and stories there, from what I can remember!

What a sight to compare two completely different locations! Ladyboys delivering black forest cake in the mountains. A "dart" show at the local Uni-pub in Freiburg. Sorry, brain goes to gutter too often.
I hear you brother, shit is out of whack everywhere. And I love Germany, I have zero sympathy for their current energy situation; they slept with the devil conveniently, they reap what they sow. They had a chance to ween off and go in different directions but they decided to balance coal with renewable rather than a better balance of gas and nukes. I get the nuke situation, Fukushima was scary as shit and what was happening in Korea with subpar construction and forged inspection reports, that was scary shit.
Anyways, truly enjoy your time. Such a lovely place and people. I loved my summer abroad there, it was so magical. This was 1998 when the WC was in France. This is when I fell in love with the game. We would skip class and take the Baden Baden transfer station which was 30 minutes away into France. Couldn't afford tickets, but to just hang out in Lyon, Dijon, and Paris was truly magical. This is when the one English hooligan killed the French police officer and England almost pulled out. The tension on the chunnel train from London to Paris was absolutely nuts. I watched the US-Germany in a WWII bunker at Freiburg University that had been converted into a pub, it was magical. We got our asses kicked but it was fun hanging with the Germans. And then we went and lost to Iran, such a shame.
Sorry man, just reminiscing of years way past. Memories are what keeps us afloat. Enjoy it all and thanks for allowing me just spew some memories out. Back into my box now!

And since this is a footie board, I took Klubi-Ilves2 o3.5 and Fjolnir-Kopavogur ov3 in my book (my daily play was o3.5). Good luck all!
I fell for the Norway NM Cup trap yesterday, P was wise to lay off.

Hope it wasn't anything I said. I got my first one in, now need scoring in Iceland. Anything on your radar for the rest of day?
