This one is tough normally I would say take the points but the pats could easily cover 25 so.....???? Im not bettin the game i say F the pats. Take the over! it moved down to 48

perfect time to continue to play the PATS would have ben even better if they lost last week. Then I would have went heavier. and of course same amount on the Over No Brainer...

Lovin it CMJ. Belichik no doubt all over Oline. Moss had no TD's and 43 yards??? Expect Brady to throw to him all day tomorrow in light of all the criticism Moss has been getting. Brady quoted Moss as most feared receiver and will live up to it this game. If Moss gets ball all the time, no worries.

They will run up the score from last week's win (embarrassment). Haven't been more confident about a game this week than I am about this one.

A few places in town told me, they were going to take Pats off the board but even they can't believe people still bet againest them, they didn't cover one time, people are really taking BAL, House is Happy They can finally make $$$ on those PATS.

Ravens allow an avg of 22 ppg, we know Pats will hit that and more. Ravens are ranked 3 in rush defense, but when have the Pats ever really needed to run? Pass defense is ranked 14th, allowing more than 213 yds per game. Pats are #1 obviously w/ an avg of 300+ passing yds a game.

PATS DEFENSE
Pats offense overshadows their defense at times: the only weapon Baltimore has is McGahee, but Pat's rush D is ranked 5th overall holding teams to an avg of 86 ypg. McGahee was held to only 59 yds in last wk's 14-32 loss to SD, who are ranked a poor 20th in Rush D allowing an avg 112 ypg.

Ravens are 1-10 ATS against mediocre teams all season: CIN, NYJ, AZ, Cleveland, SF, STL, Buffalo, besides PITT and SD who they loss to by 31 and 18 pts, respectively. When playing against a high calibur scoring team like Pats, they'll get blown. Ravens covered only once, and it was against an unhealthy STL w/ Frerotte at QB throwing 5 picks and a fumble, w/ no Steve Jackson or I. Bruce.

Just a few more stats to help solidify Pats -20. Balt is garbage.
It's your $$, do what you want, but PATS all day.

If the Pats don't cover -19, then I have no clue about the NFL anymore.  I cashed out in Week 3 after 5x'ing my bankroll after the N.E./S.D. game.  I am coming back in with some of that for this MNF game at -19 and the Pats.  If this is a trap, then so be it but I would rather fall for this trap than see the Pats win by 20+ and tell myself, "No sh$t!  Like you couldn't have seen that coming!"

In this situation, I would rather play and lose that to have not played at all.  Good luck Pats backers and let's do this!

Isn't there as storm heading that way? I live in NW Ohio, and we have been getting slammed with rain and heavy winds. Just something to keep in mind.

Man, the O/U is down to 48 at my book.  I'm sooo tempted to parlay NE and Over, but I truly do fear this could be a 37-10 type of game.  I don't think Baltimore will score much on NE mainly because they don't have a guy named Brian Westbrook for NE to worry about on the offensive side of the football.
 
I have to decide on a single wager, it's either gotta be NE -19 or Over 48...hmmmm

Hello my friends i want us to all beat the casino and to do that we must not be FOOLS and bet on the PATS -20 with this outrageous spread come on people where we born yesterday in order 4 the PATS 2 cover it would have to be a blowout game and PATS would have to play like they're lives depended on it witch it doesn't they all rdy won there divison AND 4 GOD SAKES THIS IS THE BIGGEST HOME UNDER DOG IN NFL HISTORY i can see -14 or -17 or if mcnair was playing maybe taking the pats but not -20 anyway I HATE THE RAVENS TOO so if you like the pats -20 then just bet the over 48 cuz 20 is amost 1/2 of 48 anyway DID U KNOW THAT THE HILTON IN VEGAS STOPED TAKING OVER BETS ON PHI AT NE 25 MINS B4 THE GAME STARTED BUT LET U ON THE PATS -23 STILL THEY TOOK THE SMART BET OFF LIKE I SAID LAST WEEK JUST PLAY OVER DEPENDING ON HOW THE WEATHER TURNS OUT cuz looks like line moving down so peps must b throwin money on under but i like over 48 better than 51 anyway GL 2 ALL

I'm taking the Pats at over 36.5 points tonight.  I see a lot of 3rd and outs for the ravens offense, giving brady the ball back quciky.

And the other side of that  comment is  if Brady has the ball a bunch then the Ravens defense will be exausted in the 4th   making  the Pats and the over very attractive

Today: Partly sunny, with a temperature falling to around 42 by 5pm. Breezy, with a west wind 25 to 28 mph decreasing to between 17 and 20 mph. Winds could gust as high as 50 mph.

Tonight: Partly cloudy, with a low around 31. Breezy, with a west wind between 24 and 30 mph, with gusts as high as 48 mph.

2) This game is under the national spotlight.... the ravens have a veteran defense and will be well prepared

3) Look for the line to go up as the public lays their grocery money down on the pats....

4) If the ravens were +20 all year they would be 11-1 ATS

5) The ravens play a very physical defense and last week we saw how that can disrupt the pats explosive offense

all im saying is BALTIMORE because there is really no good reason to pick them.... which i usually use as a really good reason to pick a team....

The thing is, I cannot see the Ravens scoring bar a stupid Pats turnover, and they don't do that.

Baltimores D is a shell of its former self...Moss has a huge game against a bad Baltimore secondary...To stay close in this one  Bmore has to score...and they cant.

Just when I thought I had made up my mind on how to play this one, I just found out that wsex.com won't let you parlay or tease either the over with the pats or the under with baltimore. LAME.
