i'm gonna go against the consensus and take Denver/Under.  Everyone said denvers rush defense was garbage but they got it together last week and held willie parker to less than 100yds and 0 td's. bailey and bly should be able to contain packers WR and if the front seven plays like they did last week that should put more pressure on favre and he'll make a mistake(s)..don't see vintage MNF favre showing up for this one..thoughts ?

This is a tough game to call because you really dont know what to expect from both teams. Broncos coming off that huge win @ home last week against Pitt.and the Packers coming off the bye. Packers have no running game but screens and short passes will compensate for that..
As pointed out earlier, the home team has won and covered the spread in the last 9 of 10 games w/ 1 push.  After looking at the numbers, this should be a close game as the leagues #31 ranked rushing defense (Den) goes up against the leagues worst rushing O (GB).  This may just be a another 3 pt game, as was all of the broncos wins this year.
With that said, this game could go either and a "wise" bettor would pass on this game. But i'll give the edge to the home team and play a small wager on the PACKERS +2.5 @ the half and the home team BRONCOS -3 for the game....Not touching the over/under but if i did, it probably be the UNDER 44.5........ IMO.......  GL2ALL!!!!!!

According to ESPN Champ Bailey and Travis Henry will start tonight. They are not 100% but if u like Denver that is good news that they are going to play. Champ could be a big factor against Favre and Henry is important for Denver's O. I know that G B is ranked last in running but some of the talk has me thinking they are going to try to run it down Denver's throat tonight  I just can't figure who they are going to hand it off to. I am going to take Denver -2.5 on a buy down and I am leaning toward the under now.

Awe come on dudes.........everybody that lost all weekend is gonna try ta get even on Monday night and they're gunna try ta do it ridin' on Farves back......yeah I spelled it RIGHT!......he say it that way, I spell it that way......nobody wants ta take the crappy Broncos givin' points to a good Packers team with a better than good defense.....nobody wants ta take the under on a Monday night an root for no scoring.....that ain't no fun........but havin' fun is how you dug yourself into the hole that you're in that makes you wanna drink the Kool-Aid and take the Packers and the Over..........................takie the Broncos...and takie the under....Monday night never happens like it's sposta......peace!

Denver hasn't been doing too well this season but I think they might shine tonight.  Home advantage and they really need to prove themselves since its MNF. 

My over/under opened at 41 and has rised to 44.  Regardless, I'm riding the under.  With GB being a slow running team, I think it will help in my favor to run that clock out.

I'm still undecided on who to root on tonight.  Somebody help me

Denver isn't to good this year, this aint your older brothers Denver team ,They are a little banged up at WR and CB.I am liking a rejuvenated Favre.G.B /and the over.... early line on the N.E. vs INDY ....N.E. minus 5 ....reminds me of  a mcdonalds commercial.......mmmm i'm lovin it..gotta go thanks for checking in.

2 cold weather teams so it should not make a difference if it's cold unless there is a snow storm in Denver?
 
Selvin Young is a good back so if he plays the running game should still be a factor in this game. Cutler is the one that I cannot trust.
 
No sides for me in this one I just can't trust both sides.

great value with the pack coming off a bye +3, don't worry about them running the ball, favre hits those mediocre backs on short passes at least 15 times tonight, its as good as a running game,
 
listen, i'm a packers fan from NJ and i love my pack, i can acknowledge where they are weak and when they are miss matched, they are not miss matched. the line for the game is fine, home field is worth 3 points always, especially monday night, so the game is basically a pkm in vegas's mind otherwise, but in reality, you are still getting 3 points by playing the pack
 
plain and simple, the D is good and its just silly to say otherwise, when favre doesn't feel like he has to win the game single handedly because his D is going to yield at least a FG on every drive , he manages a perfect game.  This is fact.
 
He may make mistakes (all time INT record, but only because of the reasons i just mentioned), he may fall just short, but he will be able to handle the Den D backfield well enough to make 3 points a very good pick. good luck my friends. don't just think a team in the obviously better AFC are going to rip up a conference leading NFC team just cause they are home and in the spotlight.  I can't possibly say that the pack will def win or cover, but i hope some of my points where heard and we all can play better and open the week strong

I do think GB wins this outright, but also taking a 1/2 u to cover against Elam's leg.  Denver beat Pitt last week on a very questionable fumble call that was overturned, putting Den in position to win.  That call goes the other way, and the spread is more like a pickem'. 

While Den can defend the pass, not so much against the run.  GB with an extra week off, you know they crammed and crammed about rushing the football last week.  They simply have to do it on order to contend.  That plus an extra week of rest does wonders for old bodies, including 38-yr-old QBs.  I see GB being able to run enough here to keep Denver off balance, and the Pack wins it.

I have no strong opinion on the total but trends definitely favor the over.  

Also no opinion on how many more children Travis Henry may have fathered by season end.  (Henry supposedly has fathered nine children with nine women out of wedlock who reside in four different states.)

i prally wouldn't even have taken my team tonight cause I don't like doing that, but i tend to fade Adistar when its a toss up, i can't imagine his football record but i'm just saying i always remember seeing him post picks that have lost, also the guy in the #26 redskins jersey is great to fade too, won my share this year doing that
 
ps, i'm not hatin on anyone, i think paying attention to how some people pick is a good strategy, begii, bfatdaddy, coneljim, phancard and others are a different story, the exact opposite story

Travis Henry just ruled out of game.  I know info may not be accurate, but can someone tell me why public on GB (~55% ) all week, but line move is for Denver? Thanks.

I cant be so sure of that. Not that cutler is any better but we are talking mnf in denver. These teams havent played eachother in years so I cant rely on the over under trends. This is a game that I will decide on this season alone and the coaching staff. I think denver pass rush will put too much pressure on the old man making him make bad decisions. Shannahan finds a way to get his boys to win again. Just how I see it.
