The lakers have had 2 poor game 3's this playoffs,but all that goes out the window,kobe is definitely on a mission and probably wants this series over as soon as possible,i'll take the 4 points and expect the lakers to keep close,if they keep howard under wraps theyll win this game outright but i'll take the 4 points as insurance

at first glance one would be tempted w/+4,i don't expect the lakers to just walk through this game,but,you have to think the magic will be a little more motivated being down 0-2,at home w/ their crowd and the probability of shooting a much better %. is 4 pts too much?i'm not set either way as of yet,looking at the over right now,i'm thinking magic will put up better numbers and la will have to contend w/ that throughout the game and freethrows made/missed is always an issue.whichever team gets into real foul trouble first will  have a serious handicap(i can hear the DUHS)so far it's been the magic,will this continue?i'm thinking it will unless they can unlock their outside shooting and allow howard a little more room inside.much to ponder,more later.

Well, Stern also wanted LeBron vs Kobe and we all know how that went.  Orlando winning game 3 also does not mean that Orlando is winning the series.

If Orlando is to win any game in this series, it's game 3, because if they lose this one it's game over.  Also like the trend of teams going home down 0-2 to win the next game.

both teams need to win this...it will be close but the better team will go on top..Lakers will win this..they cant afford to lose this game..I wouldnt be surprise if they sweep this orlando team..East coast basketball is weak...

There is no sense of urgency with the Lakers. THey are on cruise mode, up 2-0 right now I don't think they really have to have this game!

Orlando is a little too good to lose a third game on the row.  There will be a lot of people on LAK, chasing their Game 2 losses.

This team turned a corner before they left California.  Now they're ready to start moving in this series in the other direction.

Taking Magic and Over. The Magic got screwed on a lot of calls in game 2 and they still should've won. They're only shooting around 36% from the field and 34% from 3-point land. You've got to assume that they'll shoot better than that at home. The backcourt has got to start giving them something. Skip to My Lou, Lee and Nelson have been terrible this series. I won't even mention that guy from Duke. Why is he even playing? And can any tell me what's happened to Pietrus? He was on fire in the Celtics and Cavs series and now he can barely hit the rim.

The Magic are due for a good shooting game and I think they get it here while they're back at home.
