As for last nights game, the last shot. for me, was awesome! Push was much better than a loss.

As for the game tonight. I saw that Boston finishes it tonight! At least that is my guess. The Pistons are 1-5 ATS the last six games at home against the Celtics. Boston is 5-2 straight up the last seven games against Detroit. And current trends like these are the ones I use. The Pistons are 3-2 ATS in the series though. But, an added plus is that the road team in this series has covered three times! Bottom line is the Celtics in my opinion have the better team and will want to finish this out tonight. Tough close game tonight fellows! Final score Celtics 91-88

Whats the deal with CK & Styles getting banned? can some one please let me know! I'm sure  a lot of people want to know.
 
Does it really have something to do with those Rat-F-ags goinggone, and fudge packer??? and did those two really get caught doing the stand-up-sixty-nine? and how do two fat asses do the stand up 69??? actually don't answer that one, I really don't want to know.

That's pretty funny...not very witty, but with a name like CK, I guess toilet humor and drag personas are as good as we are going to get. Appreciate the pick though, always good to know where you stand on a game. You're still the best handicapper I've seen on this board. Thanks also to Wang (match-ups), Beast-7 (trends), Imprezive (overall hot streak), angrytiger (emotional factors) and GoG (line reading) lately for some good insight. GoG, you really DO know how to read the tea leaves! Got lucky taking the Lakers at -7.5 last night. What a gift. I was really torn on which way to go on the game and it may be the first time I used the collective wisdom on this board to make my decision (which actually was probably the wrong decision, but hey, we got paid). I usually go my own way and just read the board to get a feel for public opinion.
 
Still undecided on this game due to the Rip deal. Something tells me either way the Pistons come out and rock and roll tonight. Having Rip out may make them more focused. Not sure though, he's an extremely important element of their offense and at 6'7" a tall guard to shoot over on defense...

Hey CK,  instead of creating different ids to drum up buzz, just goto thespread.com and create some there for your new business/pick site.

Might be less frustrating and  new way of creating new followers, which it turn, will create more paying customers for your new pick site

Good question.  Public was split 50/50 on one of the conference games within the past week.  I can't remember which one as I tend to forget easily since every day we're capping a new game.  Tonight's game will just have to be a smaller sized play.  I have an initial lean, but I would like to hear about the status of Rip Hamilton.  Does anyone have any updated information on his condition?  If he's a no go I expect the line to start dropping.  In normal circumstances I think we would see a lot of action today coming in on the Pistons and the line would move to -6.  I think the line movement will tell us a lot today.  I'll probably be posting my pick in the evening after gathering plenty of info.   Cya then.

I'm a good friend of his and he wishes that he could give you more of his TRENDS and LINE MOVEMENT Theories, they are right on the money.....
 
Sorry to say that I have been riding his coat-tails for a long time now, but at least I don't have to work for a living any more.

Last game at Home the Piston's were a -6.0 point Favourite and for this game they were made a -5.5 point Favourite.

Rip is game time decision - Money was on Det -5.5 initially but is now favoring Bos slightly with 57% while 65% of the public is on the Over 175 (it was 175.5 opening). I am leaning toward the Under since Rip may not play today, and even if he plays, he is not 100% since the elbow strain is on his shooting arm. With their top scorer not play/performing well, Det will have to rely more on defense to try to win this game. In addition, it smells when the public is on the Over, but the line is dropping....I don't have a reading on the side yet...GL all.

He said it looks like Vegas wants you to play the Pistons here!  After losing he said Detroit should have been made a BIGGER FAVOURITE than the last time they played at Home.  This time they were made a Smaller FAVOURITE.....

bigger favourite? i was thinking DET -4/4.5 with the Rip injury situation. It was DET -6 last time they were in DET.

I need HElp!!  I might be reading too much into this but if detroit opened as a 5.5 fav and 56% of the loot in vegas is on boston, and 44% is on the pistons, Why is the line jumping to 6
    If anyone can help I could use little help On this here game      But i love the under.......  any thoughts or creative suggestions from the forum.  thanks

Hamilton suffered a strained right elbow Wednesday in Game Five and had been listed as questionable for Friday’s contest.

But after participating in Friday morning’s shootaround, Hamilton declared himself healthy for Detroit’s must-win matchup with the Celtics, who own a 3-2 series lead.

“This is now or never,” Hamilton told reporters. “I have no choice. This is do or die.”

Hamilton left Wednesday’s 106-102 setback late in the fourth quarter, clutching his arm after getting tangled with Boston’s Ray Allen during a rebound.

The Pistons’ leading scorer, Hamilton left TD Banknorth Garden with his arm in a sling. But X-rays came back negative.

“Once I get out there and the adrenaline is going, I’ll be fine,” Hamilton said. “I told the guys today, ‘Don’t look at me as a handicap out there.’ I am ready - I am good to go.”

A three-time All-Star, Hamilton is averaging 21.7 points during this postseason.

Which means he isn't fine right now. No matter who plays Mr. Big Shot and now Rip will not be 100% tonight. You still have to think they are going to give it everything they got though.
