New to the thread , hello to all the regulars & BOL to everybody . I like the Phillies here ( in this spot ) After losing their last 2 to cincy,, come back with their ace today (this kid is awesome) & get the hell out of town with a split

Phillies 5-inning ML -140 (5 units to win 3.6) vs. Reds - I'll stick with Cole Hamels again for his 2nd start, although his first one didn't result in a win.  But now that I found a site that gives out 5-inning MLs then I'd much rather be playing those over full-game MLs.  The Seattle loss last night basically triggered this change for me, I don't want my bet in the hands of a shaky bullpen.  Bronson Arroyo didn't look very sharp his first time out (vs. Arizona) but the Reds still came away with a win.  Should be a beautiful day in Cincy today so this early afternoon game should provide some decent offense.

Hamels looked very good in his debut and Arroyo not too shabby so this one's shaping up as a nice UNDER play w/ the total set at 9.

Phillies ML, the 11 current Reds that have faced Hamels are a combined 4 for 35 with 17 strikeouts.  Look for the Philly offense to come out swinging after scoring no runs against the Nationals in Hamels first time out.

Yea be careful jumping on this under, Arroyo is very unpredictable and could give up 6 in the first inning to this lefty dominated phils lineup..Hamels also seems to throw to his competition at times, although i think he will be fine today with his offspeed stuff to the anxious and streaky reds lineup..play the ML on Hamels as the phils grab the win and head out of Cincy with a split..

Intersesting. I have the same option on the 1st 5 ML. Thinking about pulling the trigger on this myself. How confidant are you with this bet?

The adjusted runlines.... If I take the Phillies Adjusted Runline at +1.5 this means I'm getting the Phillies +1.5 at the start of the game right?

No griffey today, and a inconsistent weak right handed lineup today for Cincy, this could get ugly at Great American unless Arroyo throws a gem..Look for the phils to get in the cincy pen early and take control..ML all day on Hamels this price

My first Baseball bet ever. Decided to play the adjusted runline. Phillies +1.5 at -280. We'll see how I do.

That's cool. I like that bet as well. But until I get use to Baseball, decided to try the adjusted runline, and slant the odds in my favor a little more.
