lmfaooooooooooooo fuckin clueless. now it makes sense, you didnt get the cop job, so now yoiur pissed and bash the job non stop.
Am starting to see your pattern of posts, just about everyone is filled with lies, false facts and just plain total bullshit.
I worked as a laborer for many years, amongst one of the many jobs i have worked in my life.
So i do in fact know a lot about hard jobs. Its like you are a expert about every job, yet you have never worked anything but a desk job and same fake plant job.
How you can even try to compare fire and police jobs, to some factory job is mind boggling.
amazing how i never see factory worker or desk jockey insurance salesman on list of most stressful or hardest jobs. I wonder why that is
You gotta a lot of hate inside you for people who only perform a job risking their own health helping others, even people like you

You know, I can't stand those idiots that like to criticize but never have a solution of thier own.
I hate that guy.
You can't increase the pensions because then you just get back to the problem we have now. The pension system is pretty much unsustainable even at the lowest levels.
People on pensions benefit enough already because they get to effectively retire 15 years ahead of the rest of us.
so you hate yourself?
actually pretty telling

First off they got to stop all pension padding. no matter how much overtime a person works, dont count it towards the pension. Use only base pay for pension calculations, which is how it was created.
secondly if cities are paying those kinds of numbers in overtime, then they must be doing it willing and dont want to hire more people. I have never heard of any contract where a worker has to get overtime.
Overtime is up to each city to figure out what is cheaper to use.
Like i said they can use overtime or hire more workers. Lots of times, its actually cheaper to pay overttime then add more workers.
So when you see huge salaries being paid to workers you got to stop thinking its the workers fault, the city chose to call in people for overtime.
This is something a lot of you fail to take in, as to why you see some salaries so high.
some cities use more employees and less overtime, while other cities use less workers and more overtime.
The media just loves to post the high numbers, but not the actual reasons for it
