I am definitely for a worker's right to choose.
I am also not a segregationist? not sure where MLK was going with that one?
C'mon Rick. You don't care that the conservative's on the SCOTUS decided that we will return to the good ole days of the rich being able to spend whatever they have to in order to buy our government? Really?
And to answer your question, I think workers have every right to decide if they want to unionize a non union shop. However, I don't think that a worker has the right to hire on in a unionized shop, and decide he doesn't want to pay dues, but still reap the fruits that was provided by those who came before him.
I suppose if He wanted to hire on and work for less money than the Union employee's he could, but why would a person want to do that?

Actualy this is just a perfect example of the Japanese vision of capitalism as compared to the United States system. The Japanese have a more (dare I say it) socialistic culture. To them, it would be insanity for one man to make $20 million a year just for being a CEO. In America, it is get as much as You can and screw everybody else. A simple google search will bring up a lot of articles comparing the 2 systems.
As far as you using management pay as a way to put down union workers.......uh, the union has nothing to do with white collar pay LMAO. You tools are making this too easy.
