that's the problem, or one of many, with the right. there are still some good ideas in there buried amongst the lunacy, but it's hard to find them and then when you do, you have nuts clouding the picture.
for example, contrary to what people might think, i don't agree with women being able to have an abortion late in the pregnancy. but there's no way to side with the rightwing on this issue because it's all nuts all the time with that group. i just can't sign up on the same side as the guy who thinks rape can be legitimate or an entire group who is scared to open a biology book.
