djuengo - Since you call me a "leftist" and brainwashed from half truths and lies can you explain what Bush and his administration did to the congress and senate to vote for the war...

Is Bush a "leftist" and brainwashed everyone to vote for a war built on half truths and lies or is he a republican?

Also I consider myself a Libertarian and wish Ron Paul was running. I am not a huge fan of Obama but consider him a better option than McCain.

One more question I might be brainwashed and looking at lies and fake numbers but don't Republican presidents spend more and put the country in debt more than Democratic presidents?? With the debt we have today and the fact that McCain wants to continue a War with no end but costs the American people billions of dollars thus increasing the national debt and decreasing the strength of the dollar... How is this good for America and the middle class who have been given the burden to pay for this unsubstantiated war??

Is everything I am saying lies and half truths and thus making me a "brainwashed leftist"... as you conveniently called anyone who did not agree with what you said.

Or does overlooking the facts and giving the Republicans a free pass make you the "brainwashed, Rightist"?

There are many more intelligent people on this board, each have a different view of America and where it is headed. 69 Mets is a perfect example of this. He copy and pastes, but, always includes something insightful

To the one that said that he had a loving, caring Mother.  YES, she dumped him on his Grandmother where she could continue to pursue her Marzist learnings, marry again and not take care of little Obama at all.  His father had already deserted the family.  Incidently, I heard that the conservatives are gathering up money for Obama's half-brother and may have already sent it to him along with a sign that says "Hut, Sweet Hut".  Although Obama stated in one of his STIRRING speeches that "I am my brother's keeper" evidently that was just a sophism as his brother George was living in a hut for years over there with no help from brother Barack.

The second the man-child said “I am my brother’s keeper,” I thought “this is classic Obama.  He claims everyone needs to adopt the attitude of “I am my brother’s keeper” while his own brother lives in a hut making about a dollar a month.”

Obama served in the Senate over 20 years

Obama wrote hundreds of laws endorsed by both parties


OK, that does look ridonkulous....I can't think of any...He is close friends with Louie Farakan, Rev Wright and Bill Ayers does that help.

Joe gets investigated but Ayers, Farakan and Khalidi get a pass.

Second, when is a liberal ever going to stand up for America on a National Defense issue? when are they ever going to stand up for an American Business?

Dissent is patriotic sometimes but constantly? that isn't patriotic its just dissent. Murtha rips recruiting and nobody in the DNC says a word. Moveon rips a returing General and no DNC response....

Now, Obama would get an endorsement from every terrorist in the world, Iran, Syria, North Korea.

How do you overlook that?

MY #1 REASON...AND THE ONLY ONE THAT'S REALLY NEEDED....
 
He is NOT a #72 year-old man with a serious medical history who has difficulty remembering world leaders, economic issues, and his own speeches and is talked into picking a Vice-Presidential candidate to appeal to 10% of the American public and insulting the other 90% of the public by those around him that would continue to be his senior advisors were he to become POTUS.
 
Want me to vote for Paul, Barr, or maybe Winnie the Pooh?...No problem....except I refuse to waste my vote so that this erratic old man with no leadership skills and less intelligence gets a chance at becoming the man with his "finger on the button"....

I have one accomplishment and the most important in my book: He chose someone that was qualified to be VP.  I don't know what McCain was thinking with his pick.  If McCain can't even make the right choice with VP, I can't expect him to choose the right people for his cabinet or make the right choices in other matters.  I wasn't going to vote because I didn't care for Obama and his questionable past or McCain, but McCain's choice of Palin makes me have to vote against him.  Plus, I can't stand Sean Hannity and would love nothing more than to see him disappointed at the outcome.  Hannity wouldn't be so bad if he were more balanced like Bill O'Reilly.

McCain has more experience than Biden.  Biden has more experience than Palin.  Palin has more experience than Obama.  Obama has more experience than his pre-teen daughter. 

 

So you are going to vote for Obama because McCain picked a VP who you don’t feel is qualified, yet she has more experience than the man you are voting to be President of the most powerful country in the world.

The question is NOT: What don’t you like about John McCain?

 

But since Obama doesn’t really have any specific accomplishments that qualify him to be President (other than he won the nomination), I guess bashing McCain is the only card you have to play.

Could you please provide some data backing up your claim that Palin has more experience than Obama.  It would really help in my decision making.

Shooter...........I am answering this question the same way that McCain is running his campaign...not by explaining positives and things that he will do; but by negatives....pointing out everything possible that can raise the undeducated masses to have fear of this "unknown".........his strange name, his questionable birthplace, his terrorist allies that will help him launch the H-Bomb again Canada......whatever....
 
You and all of your mental allies have succumbed to a barage of negative slurs...perhaps you had that influence when you were young....and are provoking you to not question but believe....
