The Supreme Court judges by law?

In 2000, the 5 Conservative justices voted for Bush, and the 4 libbys voted for Gore.

What are you talking about??

No.... That's not what happened. Again you're another one that doesn't have a concrete historical background of the United States Supreme Court and its cases.

Individual Supreme courts justices did not vote for gore or bush. Do you know anything about that case? While the 5 justices may have supported bush and the other 4 gore. That doesn't have to do with the legal issue at play here. It was an issue of the 14th amendment and the equal protection clause which the court voted to uphold. Is it imperfect yes. But you don't examine the court as an entity that supports democratic or republican ideals.

Like I said to bowsit who doesn't have a grasp on these issues either. Go do some research on (Baker v. Carr)

It would be hilarious if democrats create a strategy of moving to texas in as large numbers as possible... 

it seems that texas is everything in terms of electoral votes...
