Context..

The Bible references its use with the sacrament in a positive way but the excessive use is negatively mentioned as well.

yeah sounds more like it being connected with ritual then getting loaded on a daily basis as it is often used...

I personally like the story of "water to wine"... mainly because it was taught to me in terms of the symbolism... and that understanding and believing in the mythical symbolism does not require the literal and more simple minded idea of having to believe in the actual miracle... 

I think that is where the simpletons might be getting mixed up on alot of biblical issues...
