Post 1 Me: Introducing a topic that was not getting enough attention.
Post 2 DL: Asking who I am and asking what my solution for this issue is, and demonizing me, by saying that I am a whining shtick who only cut and paste.
Post 3: Me: Asking for clarification for what you mean by “solution.” The bill in the link I provided is seeking to change current policy, which I think is unnecessary: If one has a penis he uses a male bathroom and if one has a vagina, she uses the female bathroom, as is and has been universal practice. Thus, your demand for a “solution” is equivalent to asking, “what’s your solution to the fact that the sun is too far away from the earth?” I reject the premise: the sun is not too far from the earth; likewise, there is no “problem” with our current public bathroom policy.
I then asked you if you think allowing kids to “choose” their gender was a good thing.
Post 5 Me: Explaining why I chose Pandora’s box as my title, and again asking if you think “choosing” gender was a good thing.
Post 6 DL: You asking, “So what do you do with women who are not comfortable with a transgendered female to male that looks male walking through the women's restroom? most females react in fear or anger if there is someone that looks, dresses like and talks like a male in the female restroom..
what is your solution?
-Not answering my questions from the previous two posts, and again asking, “what is your solution?” It is impossible for me to give a solution when I don’t have an issue with the current situation.
-If the situation were reversed, and we allowed students to “choose” their bathroom, my solution would be to have people with penises use male bathrooms and people with vaginas use female restrooms. If I felt there were a need for a solution or unhappy with the current issues it would be easy for me to provide what I think would be a viable solution.
Post 8 DL: Answering my question with a question, and saying that parents can "choose" gender…like if a kid says they want to be a certain gender and instead the parents choose a gender for them... Its that a good idea? “No one can choose his/her gender, as one has different DNA strands which make one either male or female.
I personally believe that kids are not at an age where their identity is formed yet “You are either born with male or female reproductive organs, period.”... but I dont not think that my personal beliefs need to be imposed on society in a totalitarian manner as if I want a dictatorship that demands that things be the way I see fit... “Unsure what you’re saying. Being male or female is not imposing any belief on anyone”
Like I am personally pro-life, but I do not think that my personal view on the issue must become law for everyone in every situation... I guess I believe in freedoms to make personal choices, with personal accountability and face the consequences of the choices and options.... Its a less of a Big Intrusive government approach... “Ok”
Post 9 DL: its interesting how hate, fear, scapegoating, bigotry, hate, anger are the foundation and unifying factor certain types of people.... “Pure demonization…attacking opponents rather than debating them. And you claim I injected partisan nonsense into this?”

Post 10 Me: Trying my best to answer your question regarding a “solution” in which I see no problem that requires one:
To me, it's really this simple: If a person has a penis, he uses a male bathroom; if a person has a vagina, she uses a female bathroom, irrespective of the way one dresses, acts, or feels. I don't think we should uproot the entirety of public bathroom policy because of an extremely small minority of people who feel confused and attempt "sex changes" (one cannot biologically change his/her male/female nature, although one can mutilate ).
Me then asking two questions: Again you are against the current state so the solution needs to be proposed by you.
Besides, what logic suggests that, since women feel uncomfortable on the rare occasion a male enters their bathroom, we should therefore let all males enter the female bathroom by eradicating distinctions?
And thus I restate my original question: do you think allowing students to "choose" their gender identity is a good idea?
