i'm not sure saying it's our fault is exactly accurate. so you don't want obama, what are you going to do, vote for romney? you really don't have a choice. the choice has been made for you. when presidential candidates have to spend $900 million to get the job, you don't have a choice.
a third party candidate has no chance. even if one did, they'd still need to raise a shitload of money. and you don't raise that money without going to the special interests and the special interests don't invest that money in a candidate without expecting a return.
so maybe it is our fault but not like it seems. the people don't choose the wrong candidae, they never had a choice to begin with. voting is just something that makes people feel good and a bone the real people who choose throw to the people to make it look like they are part of the process.
Club, wasnt really talking about President, because truth is Presidents are just figure heads anyways.
Am talking about all the politicians who have held the same jobs for years and years, local, state and federal levels. These are the elections people should just vote the new person in and get rid of all these political leeches.
Take a guy like Strom Thurmond, he was in the senate for 48 years. The friggin guy couldnt even stay awake when they were in session. In 48 years the people of South Caarolina couldnt take a chance and vote somebody else in. So yes the people are to blame for letting this happened, because like i said already our Founding Fathers never setup our govt to have politicians stay in office for 48 years.
You see this crap in local, state and federal elections. People are just to damn afraid to pull the lever on somebody they dont know and instead keep voting the same jerks in over and over again. Whats even funnier is how after the elections, people go right back to bitchingggggg about the person they just voted and kept in office.
Humans are just flat out stupid
