I once read a book talking about home advantages. The NBA has the biggest advantage. The main idea was how the refs want to conform to the home crowd. All the boos and heckling gets in their heads at some level. So the home teams definitely tend to get favourable calls, overall.

And you never abandon it. Ask the members here what usually happens when you skip the 2nd game.

Ok, thought we had the split last night, but a couple of late penalties did it in.

Really need this one.

Home Teams are now 34-18 these playoffs, which is the highest difference I can ever remember. The powerplay opportunites for home teams these playoffs are way above the number for the visiting teams, which I find quite odd considering teams don't go on the road and suddenly start forgetting how to play hockey. Strange that this is all happening during a lockout season.

I think that IF BOTH "Big Dogs" don't bite tonight and tomarrow, the 2nd round split is kapute. 5 bets played so far, NO winners

Hey lippsman. Unfortunately my avatar used to be the beautiful Kate upton, but it has been replaced with a glaring red pic as someone decided that it wasn't appropriate. I apologize for asking if you removed it. Turns out it was a coincidence that my avatar changed immediately  after I asked about the split and I thought you may have somehow  interpreted my comment in a negative way. Sorry about that. I'm was steaming about the sharks at the time and normally wouldn't have said anything about the avatar to you.

Nice hit on the wings. Hopefully we hit a couple more and turn things around. Any thoughts towards tonight's kings game? Think the kings make it 3 in a row at +125? Couldn't believe they came back in game 2.
