Sergei Gonchar (wrist) may return to the lineup Thursday.
Gonchar has missed the past 12 games because of a broken wrist. The Penguins need his return as they just lost defender Jay McKee for four-to-six weeks with an infected finger. Other regular defenders Brooks Orpik, Kris Letang and Alex Goligoski are all out with various injuries. Look for an announcement on Gonchar's status some time Thursday afternoon.
Maxime Talbot expects to return to the lineup Thursday against the Senators.
Talbot has been sidelined since the off-season when he underwent major shoulder surgery in July. He will be a fantasy contributor at some point, but he'll need at least a month - the equivalent of training camp - to get back into form. He practiced on a line with Jordan Staal and Matt Cooke Wednesday.

YTD: 36-57, -14.56 units Calgary ML -115 this one is just one of those "payback" situations, after that incredible letdown in their last game vs Chicago, I simply can't go against the Flames tonight. The 'Hawks aren't that great on the road and I guess it's pretty safe to assume (, I know, I know...it's a bad thing to assume anything in sports and betting, but still...) that the Flames are going to come out firing tonight trying to prove a point, and losing to Colorado 2 days ago only helps. Sure hope I'm on the right track here, I haven't posted in this thread for a while, I was just trying to catch a break after a bad start to this season (too many games, less is sometimes more ).
