you are WRONG Bear Breath. jumped all over the Bruins series even after Game 1 because I have seen that act from my Penguins every year since the 2009 Cup win. they always find some way to screw it up. WAS hoping betting them would "turn" Game 2. obviously didn't work BUT got some "ease the pain" cash back
and HOH is correct about the Bruins being "lucky" to NOT be eliminated by the Maple Leafs. down 2 goals with 1:22 to go, tie it and win in OT? COME ON, Man.

A lot of coaches who feel fortunate to win a hard game say they were "lucky." This is normal practice.
And I am not sure if you have seen hockey played before, but many goals are scored off deflections. Sticks, skates, bodies, posts, boards. It's not lucky, it's part of the game.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I can't wait for the next Hawks goal.

You can't win a Cup without at least some luck. There is no way one could say Boston got "lucky" vs Toronto without saying the Hawks got "lucky" vs Detroit (maybe Boston had a little more luck vs Tor.)
Don't get me wrong, these are the two best teams playing for the Cup. I'm just saying if you are going to say one team got lucky, there is no way you can say one team was lucky and the other not. BTW, neither team is there because of luck.
As for this series, I watched all of Game 1. I thought Boston outplayed Chicago in Game 1. However, that was one of the best games I have seen in a long time.
I thought Game 2 Boston outplayed Chi as well and did get the win. I did miss a good portion of the 1st period though, but from what is saw Rask stood on his head.
This series is tied 1-1 and could easily be 2-0 EITHER WAY. This series is going 7 and we will continue to see more OT.
Like Doc said, if these two teams played 100 times they would each win 50.
Some of you guys need to settle down and just enjoy this Cup. So far, it looks like it may be the best Cup in years (maybe history).
...and lastly, NH Cover... you really shouldn't be coming into Hook Em's thread and telling others to F' off. You do found like you have a bit of an anger issue. I get it though...you back your team, just start your own thread is all.
