And to think of all the players Chicago lost after they won the cup. Dustin Byfliugen(?), Andrew Ladd, Anti Niemi, Campbell... and so on. And to think I still don't think of Quenville as a good coach.

Q is an excellent coach, but the Bowmans had a huge roll in building this thing back.  It has been almost 4 years.

my mom, who is a HUGE Blackhawks fan in Chicago, went NUTS when they let "Big Buff" get away. wonder IF they will screw it up with Bryan Bickell who is a UFA after this season? you can books he's gonna want a LOT more that $600K. he is the "big body with skill" that every team wants (and my Penguins desperately need)

Michal Handzus and Victor Stalberg are also UFA's although Stalberg seems to be on the "outs" with Coach Q. Michael Frolik has one more year @ $1.9 million and he has demonstrated he is one of the BEST PK's in the league.

Stalberg should be in for Bollig

It amazes me that people still think you can play Boston's game and beat them. Look at how they won the cup, Habs, Tampa and Nucks all took them to 7 games. I assure you it was not because they were out hitting them. Stalberg could be way more effective than that scrub.
