USA is cranking it up..this game will start to seperate in the 2nd period.

Found a weak spot on the left side of the net.

2-1 after the 1st..

Coaching is going to come into play big for this 2nd period.

Looks like Schroeder is trying to make a name for the next draft look for Wilson to help him get that shot.

Germany has impressed me but still not the great of a team.

Jitters and the fact that they are trying to make those big stretch plays.

Defence needs to work on the passing for sure.

What is going on with the US powerplay .

They had 3 guys standing behind the hash marks on a 5 on 3.

But, they cash in on the 5 on 4 so we get the goal. Gonna need an even better 3rd period to cover. Hate to say this but go US .

1 thing you can never ever count the RUSSIANS out.

They will look like shit and just make the elimination round and then crush.

Announcers made a comment about USA wanting to find the right PK groupings...Hope that doesnt mean penaltys on purpose!

I'm working with a -4 line that cut down the juice so I'm feeling good now. Just gotta hope the US hold on. German goalie looks tired so got a good feeling about this.

Is everyone on Canada? I'm leaning Czecks +3. Canada will get the win but I think the Czechs keep this one close. Thoughts?

Cant wait to see Hodgson play...


Thought Quinn would have had his number 1 line what he has for the powerplay but he could go to that later in the game.


Going for Canada out of pride and think they should cover...Cant find enough info on the Czechs but they are talented.

The way Quinn has built this team has me thinking goals and the earlier USa game should factor into points needed in case of tie.

Passed On Finland/Sweden ...Actually missed the cut off time by the time I made my mind up...

Well Canada came through...

Czechs played really well in the first but I believe Canadas nerves where overloaded till they got in a groove later on.
Record:
2-0 (+4.0 units) for the Under 20 SO far...Favorites all came in today!!
