What the hell is there to talk about? ONE Game? And then 14 games tomorrow! Great scheduling there. I mean we can talk about the Bolts vs Wings, if you'd like. Hmmm...a team that just lost, not playing nearly like the Bolts, and imo, facing the Wings better goalie at -340. Oh, they'll be those that post Bolts ML.
Final week of regular season, minus the North Division. Some story lines to watch for this last week. I am interested in who wins the "President's Cup" this year. As I stated, it could be very important. The final 4 teams in each division, will be reseeded based on regular season points. Look at the Canes and Isles, they have only lost 3 games on home ice in regulation. Which teams have already packed it up and reserved their tee times? Well, I can tell you first off, the Flyers top that list for me. I will figure out a way to pound the Pens the next couple of games. Who will be in net for Buffalo the last week of the season? Think all they have left is Tokarski. Boston has set themselves up to take over the 3rd seed if they want it. Can the Preds hang on? Saw last night they have like an 82% chance with the win last night. They do have to face the Canes the last 2 games. Are the Jets done? Will the Habs surpass them for the 3rd seed? Jets have the last 4 games at home with 1 vs Pesky Sens, 2 vs packed it in Nucks and finale vs Leafs. On the flip side, the Habs have 3 vs Leafs and 2 vs Oil. Do the Avs get it together the last week? The schedule actually favors the Avs. They are 4 points back with a game in hand. Their remaining schedule has them facing the Kings 4 more times, Sharks twice and one big one in Vegas. On the other hand, Vegas has 2 games in Minnesota, then 2 games vs a Blues team that is playing better.
Off to the course. Will try to look at tomorrow's games tonight and put something together, because Monday is busy. What do you want to talk about besides the Penguins winning the East?
