Those in-game threads are the most ridiculous of all. Like you just said about every time someone makes a bad play then they suck and are the worst ever and should be cut and coaches fired.lol  according to those people posting, there shouldn't be any players left in the whole league because everyone sucks so bad. lol

When I see all these threads I just figure it's all noobs.  It's like when texas holdem became popular in 2003, everyone started playing and thought they were experts.   

Most of these guy's just want to be praised like they're some kind of genius.  In the end they don't know what they're doing.  

The best advice I can give you is look for team fans posting.  They usually follow their team close and bring up good info, when they're not gloating their team.   Non betting advice is usually the best advice.  
I had this highschool kid that worked for me over the summer and he was a huge college football fan.  when the season started coming around I would ask him about games I was looking at, he could tell you the winner, the margin, even totals. 

He knew nothing about betting but he knew I bet on the games.  So I would ask him questions like "do you think they can win by more than 7?"  he was the best tout I ever knew hitting at high percentages.  

to me winning and losing records mean nothing, as long as i'm making money.   Fuck yeah I'll put my ego aside and let a 16 year old kid give me advice, as long as it cashes tickets

Sites like this don't have much value and it is showing that's what happened. When Greek and Jamaica left overnight and noone warned us all these sites were exposed as frauds when it comes to the watchdog element. Seriously, other than free contests what do you expect from this site or any other like it? Take the free contests and hope that they actually pay. That's about it.
