Ok let me go ahead and get this out of the way. If you truly think that Monday night that was truly a "simultaneous possession" play then you dont know the rules and just wow. One of the worst calls in NFL history. Thank God for the real officials for getting their deal done and back on the field tonight. Last week i went 2-2 taking me to 10-4 ytd. My colleague, after the Packers Larceny, is now 0-9! maybe we should all look at his bets...then bet the opposite! he's on fire and well no one piss on him to put it out because we are learning alot of "what not to do" stuff from him. The Eagles looked like garbage last week...Garbage! i apologize to everyone for thinking the eagles might actually play good. I should have known better than to bet on a convicted felon. I added the Ravens as well last minute last week..and they had a shot to cover..with all their timeouts still they instead just took a knee from the 4 and let the clock run out and kick a game winning field goal. Smart for them i suppose even though the kid was really close to missing that chip shot! Good calls on the Jets and Panthers under though. With that said lets move on to week 4.
Pick- St Louis +3
Seattle is still licking their chops and enjoying their christmas in September presents from the replace refs while the Rams are preparing to make a statement. Seattles stats between home and away games are as opposite as Jekyll & Hyde. The Rams do have much better stats playing at home this year and i expect a much better week from them. Russell Wilson is a good rookie, but i dont think anyone in that clubhouse knows how to get past a win like they got and move onto the next week. Theyre still living in week 3 and for that this week its going to cost them. A old saying we always had when playing ball was that "the ball never lies". Well expect to see the ball getting its sweet revenge on the Seahawks and ill be loving every second. Rams-20 Seatlle-10
Pick- Panthers + 7.
This is a must win game for the panthers. They can't afford to go 1-3. Yes that Atlanta offense and defense has looked incredibly sharp, but every team has its flaws. Cam Newton and company are looking to bounce back after a beating last week against the Gmen and they will be well prepared for this game considering they have 3 extra days to prepare. The best way to slow down that offense in atlanta down is to keep their defense on the field. The best way to slow their defense down is to pound the ball down their throat all game and tire them down. The Panthers have all the tools to do just that (if they all just show up) and i expect a tight ball game. Last second field goal to make the difference in this one. Panthers 27 Falcons 24
Big Bucks No whammies play of the week (1-1 ytd)- Broncos -6.5
Peyton has had moments that he has looked like him old self and well others that he looked like me playing QB..yikes. The guy can still play ball and he still has been getting some rust off. The raiders did stun the Steelers and its making this a perfect let down game. My question is how do you get blown out by the dolphins then beat the steelers? Well Peyton has a lot to prove this week and expect him to do so in front of his Mile High Crowd. The defense should make some fine adjustments and really be able to shut this Raiders team down. I expect Peyton and company to win this one comfortably and get back on the right track. Broncos-27 Raiders-10
Good luck to everyone and as always Big Bucks no Whammies.
