Thats exactly what I am talking about. Ridiculous. I mean its just wrong. I still thought the worse call yesterday was that kickoff when Arizona got the ball back and they said it went out of bounds, when actually it didnt touch anyone and also was recovered by Arizona. What a joke...

Very true. Very, very bad officiating going on this year. Another good one i seen above was on the Indy/Chargers game. That interference call, was the entire game. Indy looked way better than the chargers the entire first half and for most of the second, and then the refs basically handed the OT win to the chargers. Must agree, very good accurate information.

Agreed this was the worst call of the playoffs. Perhaps the NFL needs to hire referees with some intelligence so that they understand the concept of "faking it". Why can't they have a referee review everything on TV and if it is close then they stop play and have a review. Each team could have a representative there to challenge or dispute. ![]()
Simplicity is too simple.
When I watched the Holmes catch I said to myself, that is a catch but I won't be surprised if they say he didn't maintain the catch all the way to the ground. Clearly the ball was in his hands and he got penalized for trying for a TD. I don't think that should ever be the case. Hope the NFL takes a look at that.

You.......are.......a........dipshit
"it doesn't matter if he took zero steps or 3 steps after the catch"![]()
yes it does!!! If he takes one step and goes to the ground and does not maintain posession....it's incomplete.
If he takes two steps and goes to the ground and losses it...it's incomplete
If he takes 3 or 4 or 5 or 6 or 7 or 8 steps and goes to the ground and losses it...................IT'S COMPLETE!!!!!!!!!!!
The ground can't cause a fumble dum-dum
So....ur right about one thing tho........it is more enjoyable watching the game when u know the rules.........you oughta try it!!![]()
