Think the Skins have a better running game if Portis plays and a solid defense that should keep them in the game. This is a tough call but after the lucky win with Pitt I'll take my chances with the dog here.

27.5 points is not a lot. I may be sweating this out but I think it is better than under 40.5 with the way the Ravens have been scoring lately
