4:10 pm : Tennessee +190 - 1 unit
While San Diego hasn't been as bad as a 2-5 record would indicate, I can see the running game getting rolling against them today. And while Rivers has been solid, he can't very will win for them without the ball. You just never know which SD team will show up, and I like the extra inducement at +190.
1 pm: Denver +120 - 1.5 units
Line was down to two, and I figure at that point why the hell not take the straight up win, as I believe that is what will happen anyway. San Fran can play at home, sometimes. But in London, with no crowd to feed off of, and a qb that hasn't started all season? Give me Kyle Orton up and down the field. Denver won't need to run (which is fine, since they can't), and if Gore gets rolling slowly for SF, this could be ugly early.
3 team teaser: 1.5 units
1 pm: KC -1.5
1 pm: Washington +8.5
4:15 pm Tennessee +10
Already talked about Tenn. Washington just seems to have Detroit's number. This line seemed really fishy to me. I know Stafford is coming back, but I think rust will definitely be an early factor. Watch for McNabb to go up top early, and then dink and dunk later to keep it away from what can be an explosive Lions offense.
As for KC, 7.5 was high, but I definitely think 1.5 makes sense. I believe they will beat Buffalo, maybe a 28-24 kind of game. They are living a charmed life right now, and Buffalo is in some disarray.
Parlay - 1 unit to win 7.75
1 pm: St. Louis -125
1 pm: Washington +125
8:30 pm: Pittsburgh +1.5
Spoke about Washington, and I think they win a close, fun one to watch.
St. Louis keeps the roll going as their unlikely run to a playoff turnaround continues. The Carolina defense has been decent, but the offense has been less than stellar. I see this one staying fairly close, but I definitely like the Rams to hold on for a tight win.
As for Pittsburgh, I know they're on the road against the defending champs. But the defending champs seem to have trouble bringing it every week. I think the opportunistic Steeler defense holds them down, blitzes the bejesus out of Brees, and keep the Saints on their heels. They will get enough production to win the game, but I think the under may be a play there as well.
That is all, good luck ladies and gents
