Personally I think the over hits but I have no evidence to support this, it's just my opinion.
I think once Smith goes someone will move up for Nassib/Barkley.
It seems like a lot of teams want to make trades towards the back end of the first round, both moving in and out. Imo, this makes it a little easier for a team to move into one of those spots to get a QB while not giving up as much as what would have been expected in the past.
Plus drafting a QB in the first round give the team an extra year on the contract for what is a lot less money than would have been a few years ago.
I can't see Jacksonville not taking a QB in round 2 (assuming they don't move the pick) so if anyone really wants Nassib/Barkley they are going to have to move into the back end of round 1.
Again, these are just my thoughts and I haven't heard any "expert" say anything to support this.
