I believe there is tremendous value on the win total that is currently available for the Philadelphia Eagles for the coming season.
Currently, you can find the win total sitting at 8 1/2 wins and I think the over has major value.
Philadelphia has upgraded the offense with the addition of wide receiver AJ Brown, who will replace former first round bust Jalen Reagor, and coupled with last year’s first round receiver DeVonta Smith and tight end Dallas Goedert should provide Jalen Hurts with more options to rely on.
Philadelphia has also upgraded their defense with the additions of Hassan Reddick, Nakobe Dean and first round run stuffer Jordan Davis. There is also talk of signing free agent cornerback James Bradbury to pair with Darius Slay.
The release of the schedule yesterday has the Eagles playing a very vanilla list of teams in my opinion. A schedule littered with the Giants and Commanders twice, the Lions, Jacksonville, the Texans, the Cardinals early while DeAndre Hopkins is still suspended, the Bears and a Saints team transitioning to a new coaching staff have no one shaking in their boots.
I think a 10 win season is well within reach and betting the OVER seems like a no brainer.

They had some goofy coaching mistakes last season. Some questionable decision making and clock management by Nick Sirianni, maybe he will get a better grip on the job......either way the division is kinda up for grabs, and the Eagles have a solid young team.
I think some of these young coaches (Staley/Sirianni....etc) try to be too cute sometimes. I get analytics, and support that as a part of all decision making processes, but sometimes common sense needs to prevail.

Over 9 season wins -121 ...Not a bad bet but I think there will be better opportunities to make money betting the Eagles weekly in likable spots ..
I like the Eagles to make the playoffs this season..( -110) for all the reasons you mentioned..
Winning the division looks tough bc Dallas also has a softer schedule on paper ..That being said I'll be adding the EAGLES into my division winner parlay wheels today at +220 ...
post my large books EAGLES point spreads here when he releases them this afternoon...
BEST OF HEALTH, HAPPINESS,WEALTH, BLESSINGS and LUCK TO ALL !!

Jury still out on Hurts, young. I've seen the good Hurts and the bad Hurts, in fact, saw it in the same games, the Bucs twice, really bad, pretty good. Remember, Brad Johnson, Jim McMahon, these guys weren't great QBs either but were on good teams, ok great defenses, but it's back to just managing your offense. And JDD is right, Sirianni made his share of mistakes, trying to "get cute" exactly right. Young coach, young QB, but I think they'll both be better and again being in a weaker division helps.

Agreed. But he's got potential, playing QB in the NFL is the hardest job in all of sports. A young coach too? Growing pains are part of the game. I like him, he's athletic, he's getting help, and he's a proven winner, albeit in college, I'm buying in. Remember Josh Allen and countless other QBs struggled early on, some of whom are in the HOF now. Not saying Hurts will one day, he may never be an All Pro but that's ok, Al Davis "just win baby!"

Far different? Disagree. Any rookie QB has an uphill battle to climb. I don't remember anyone saying Allen was a "can't miss," certainly no one outside the Bills organization. Everyone is on equal ground when they come to the NFL, very few are "can't miss" players. BTW, I luv Josh Allen, I've expressed that in numerous other threads. His progress from when he came into the league to now is truly remarkable, he's the real deal.

Circa opened their line at Over 9.5 (+110) juice but within a day dropped to -105.
I had a feeling someone would eat it up and make the line drop in the not too distant future but didn't think they moved it that fast! I would be all over it, but those 3 straight road games near the end of the season kind of scare me off a bit. It's a pretty sharp line , 9 or 10 wins teeter totter. May need a bit of luck(have success winning the one possession games, remain injury-free, have the other division teams fuck up etc) to push this one Over. Good luck fellas I'd rather take my chances on the division future. I give them 60% chance of going Over 9.5 worth taking if you can get + money on it. Sharp bet

Not an Eagles fan, but I will be this year. I added a huge bet on them to win the division at +250. Every move they have made this off-season and the great draft signals a win now mentality. I think what we saw from Hurts last year is the floor. The addition of AJ Brown will make him much better.
