Im a newbie to the Message Board crowd. Tell me what you think. Official plays in RED.
Philly - Atlanta...DeSean Jackson and BWest out with concussions. Rookie an Jason avant at WR. Matt Ryan and Turner out Roddy Questionable. Ill take McNabb vs. Redman on the road. Philly -5.5
Tampa - Carolina...Delhomme broken finger. Matt Moore starts. Lost TO's last
week vs Jets in loss. DeAngelo banged up, missed practice. Same with Mushin and
JStew. Freeman coming off career highs. Raheem Morris takes over defensive play
calling. Moore throws a late pick. Tampa +6...Could win outright.
St. Louis - Chicago...Cutler is brutal. Throws 2 picks (minimum). Rams won 4 of
last 6. Jackson leads NFC in rushing vs. 24th ranked rushing defense. (25+
carries). Lance Briggs (leads in tackles), Orlando Pace doubtful. Chi D gave up
537 vs Vikes. Desmond Clark, THarris, CTillman questionable. Chicago might hang
on and win at home, but dont count on a cover here. St. Louis +9.5
Cincy – Detroit…Cincy loses to Oakland and lets Cleveland hang around till the 4th. Benson returns, needs 141 for 1000. Stafford coming off 4 pick performance, with bad shoulder. Detroit is bad, would surprise me to keep it close. Cincy -13.5 at home.
Tennessee – Indy…The colts are due for a loss, but when? Peyton will throw for 300, but Titans have won 5 strait. Chris Johson 125+ in six strait game. Last vs. colts only 34 yards. Colts win for home field advantage. Vince cant keep it together in the fourth. Colts cover if they get an early lead, which I think they will. Colts at home -7
Houston – Jacksonville…Simple here. Texans slow down MJD and Schaub gets back on track. Texans are the next generation. Texans -2.
New England – Miami…New England just simply doesn’t lose 2 games in a row. Brady playing for pride, and seeding. Chad Henne struggles without the Wildcat master Ronnie brown. Patriots 50-28 in December. Make it 51. Patriots -5.5
Oakland – Pittsburg…Pitt recently reeling after being exposed. Gradkowski gaining confidence. With Ben getting better the offense should be back and clicking again. With Oaklands 2nd to last ranked rush D, pitt should be able to control the line of scrimmage, field position, and time of possession. Pitt wins, but go easy on the number. Oakland +15.5
Washington – New Orleans…Why is this line so low? Smells like a trap to me, but it could be the double trap, in a blowout. NO comes in at an all time high, Wash does not. Rock Cartwright will start at RB for the Skins, and New Orleans is short Fujita, Greer, and 2 more D starters. I don’t think it matters, im not worried about a trap. Barring the weather. Saints -10.
