My guess on the super bowl line movement, some history....

Let me explain, so YOU better understand because that is why I live....

If you had to place a bet to keep, it is my opinion that the Colts at -4 is not a good value.  But, if you bet (like I do) to sell before the game, then betting -4 last night was a great play, and why I made this thread.  If you couldnt sell the bet, then I wouldnt bet the Colts at-4 - but since I can - and most people can - and since this is dependent upon line movement - I made this thread.

I am sitting on about 20K on the Colts at -4.  Is that dumb too?  Im not keeping it, I am going to sell it - do you approve of that?  Should I ask you before I do that?

I didnt think I was the only one "who knew this line would move" - where did I say I was the only one?  Where did you get this from?  Because I started a thread to discuss it?  What is your problem?  Why do you say I was letting everyone in on my secret?  I thought a forum was to talk about stuff, but I guess I didnt clear that with you first - I will make sure you approve of all topics in the future.

What is hard to understand about that?  How does that contradict itself?  I get attacked all the time here (its part of the drill, mostly jealous people that cant deal with every thread that I post gets 100 responses and theirs get 3) - but your attack is unique - it is baseless - and just bizarre - and the fact that you wont go away with your tail between your legs is puzzling.  I am guessing you are a very strange person.

I have it at an average of -104.  My preferred choice would be to sell it at +4 and just pocket the difference.  But I will take the absolute best price I can get, at any line 4+.

In other words, if I can get +115 on N.O. +4, but can get +6 at -102, I would take the +6.

Basically I will sell to the highest bidder.....  Based on the combination of line and price.

And I'm not on the over or the under, no matter what the total is.

Wow vanzack, I didn't know you weren't allowed to be questioned on this forum. Isn't that the whole point of this?

Sorry man, I was just trying to get a clear answer from you about who you liked in the game. Now you're talking about selling your pick and 20 k and all this nonsense. You didn't bring any of this up before now. But your right it's none of my business.

The point of this thread was not to give you a pick.  Im not on the colts, and im not on the saints, and Im not on the over or under.  There are some people that understand the value of line swings, and like to talk about it.  You are with the majority that only think that you can make money with a pick.  Gimme a pick.  Tell me who you like.

I already made money on this game and it hasnt even started.  You could have too, if you would have read this thread early enough and reacted. 

So in the end - your goal was to find out who I like.  I dont like anyone (yet) - but I still have made more on this game before it starts than most will bet on the game.  And thats not worth starting a thread about?  I guess you prefer to read how Favre is a whiner, or the refs fixed the game, or maybe how manning is the best QB ever.  No problem.
