Gotta think that might affect the Texans a little bit although I'm sure some of them have played in cold weather before.

Most of the Packers played in that 20 below zero NFC Championship game last year.   So they will definitely know what to expect and they all live up there.

20 degrees in chicago too. Some guys on jacksonville last season in the PIT game said it was the first time they ever saaw snow, and it wasn't that cold that game.

This is the best week to be on Packers -pts, if it weren't for the big W on MNF...Texans will be a -9.5 this weekend.
 
I love my Texans, but I believe they are in a tough spot this weekend - short week, young team, coming off MNF for the 1st time, ....NO way will they have the intensity like they had on MNF - it was a huge home game on battle red day. Back to reality for my Texans this weekend against a pissed off GB losing back/back. The Packers offense will tear the Texans defense apart this weekend and Sage will go back to be sage and that is throwing picks.

I don't think the Weather will be a factor..what's going to be a factor is Slaton...he's a rookie and we got no backup for him, he carried us through MNF, short week so he's not going to be fresh..there's talked about him not having the stamina this late in the season locally. My .02.....

I haven't decided yet man.         Thanks for correcting me on the Cleveland game.      I guess the weather didn't bother the Texans in that game although it will be about 15 degrees colder this Sunday.

This was a mistake.    Houston won at Cleveland 16-6 in 30 degree weather.

Grey - Schaub going to have alot of rust..I would want Schaub to start,not Sage...Sage had a great game on MNF with NO INT....Packers backers would/should want the Texans to start Schaub, not SAGE...but YES, Schaub is starting as of right now. But again, the Texans have Slaton only....they won last week against a poor Jags offense who been sinking.

Forget the weather.  The way I see it Andre Johnson is a beast, Matt Schaub is going to be back throwing the rock for the Texans which not only helps Andre, but we might actually see some Owen Daniels action that we have been missing since Schaub went down.  The fact that Schaub is back will relieve enough of the weight on Slaton's shoulders that the short week shouldn't be an issue.  Houston will cover the 6, and if they can take advantage of a couple of the gaurenteed turnovers by Rodgers, they could win the game outright.
 
Play of the week (and I hate to say it) Jets-4...Thomas Jones is unstoppable...

Haha..not all the big % will cover this weekend man..just got to pick your battle. Got to go with your guts on this one...I like the Packers so I am willing to overlook the 69% on Wagerline. Besides, IF NE don't cover and they are a 84% on Wagerline, it will offset the Packers victory.

Be careful.  Last time Favre and company headed to the Bay Area, they lost to the RAIDERS.  I don't doubt they should win but I would look at the Jets away from home in the past couple of years before i gave it the play of the week status.

Also, I'm all over Houston +6 here.  Offense is extremely underrated -- Packers offense on the other hand is overrated because their defense scored so many touchdowns this season that it inflates there ppg numbers.

I think you're getting confused about what I'm saying.    I don't like betting on the same side as the Wagerline consensus.   More than likely that's the public side.

So the fact that 69% are on the Packers is not good in my opinion if you are planning on betting the Packers.
