Jeez, they should have voided it for you, and I believe they would have had you looked at your ticket before you got to your car. Losing 1k on their error really sucks, but as I've been told in the past the final mistake was mine, and in this case yours because you did not look at your ticket as soon as it was handed to you.
You can try and go back and see if they give you a credit of 1k that you have to wager in bets to see if they will compromise, but I highly doubt you will get your money back.

So it was a mistake. Sucks bro. That could cost them a lot. I can't believe they did that.. If they are paying out as padre has claimed on pats +2.5 then it would be basically impossible for you to get a refund. Sorry. Tough one
Good point, Day-trader. They seem to be committed to the line and paying out winners, so I guess they are also going to take your money if you were on the losing side as well.

I just saw the entire ingame betting for ravens game. There was never a +/-2.5 offered. what you got was the pregame line that wasnt corrected in the computer.
It should have been -9 Pats when they were up 10-0.
if you want to see it go to Lasvegasadvisor and look at the LVH line for the game.sometimes the ingame is put up and sure enough it's there.
