Agreed. The more you play, the more chance you have to lose.
the more games you bet, the law of averages and your win percentage should get you a higher amount of wins in terms of cash as time goes on, assuming you are hitting 53-57% of your plays........if you bet less games at a higher dollar amount, and go on a losing streak, you are finished........flat betting a percentage of bankroll over time with any game that has a 54% chance of covering or more........in the long run will yield more $$$ for you then only going big on a smaller pool of bets.........
the problem is.......if you hit 56%, that means out of every 100 plays, you are losing 44 of them........but you dont know when the 56 wins or 44 losses are going to occur..........so if you think you can start with a 2k bankroll and be betting 100 bucks a game, then you will probably lose your bankroll before you build it to 5 or 10k...........even if you start off the season well, the temptation to up your bets based on the percentage of bankroll will be there and when the losing streak does come along, and you have upped your bets, then you will get wiped out faster than you could ever imagine
