Hopefully this prediction goes better for you than your Super Bowl one. Somewhat doubt it could get any worse, but lions in the SB next year may do it.
It always amazes me how someone makes a statement on here and when you put them in their place on how stupid their statement was you never hear from them again they screw off with their tail between their legs. In the future rs12321 keep your stupid fucking statements to yourself or at least think before you make them.

Super Bowl winners have a better chance repeating than Super Bowl losers.
Packers have a better chance to repeat.
If I had to choose 4 teams to win the 2012 Super Bowl. I would choose the Packers, Patriots, Jets and Saints. If I had to choose a dark horse, I would bet on the Chiefs for value.

The absolute best dark horse next year will be my Detroit Lions. Like i said watch for how they do in the draft and free agency they may just be there.

The Lions are a decent team and they have improved and will continue to.But they need a healthy Stafford at qb and he seems to get hurt everytime he takes a hard hit.No Stafford no playoffs.Hill is a good backup but he is a backup.

Boys i will tell you right now on the Greek the max bet is 497.85 and it pays 20162.93 for the Lions to win the SB. I will watch if Mr. Ford opens up his purse strings for free agency and who they might pick up, there are some great free agents out there. And i will watch the draft. If they do well in both categories i will be all over that 497.85. I watched that game they played Green Bay when they won 7-3 and they manhandled the Pack and knocked Mr Rodgers out of that game and that was without Stafford. That was also not at the first of the year game it was when Green Bay was scrambling for a playoff spot around week 12. This team is not only improving they played great football they just need 3 or 4 more really good players and watch out. Great dark horse bet.

The Lions made a huge mistake bringing Stafford back to soon this year and i am glad they didn't stick him in there in the last four games of this year even though he was cleared to play. Now he will have had almost a full year to heal and build on his strength. One thing he is not is a box he is a gutsy kid and he will be back.

I'll admit that the Lions played the Packers tough both times last year. The first game the Packers got a lot of help from the refs and The Lions could have easily won it. The Lion D-Line was a force this year and gave the Packers trouble. Stafford had a 91 QB rating in the three games he played this year. 6 TD's and 1 INT. I doubt he's in the same stratosphere as Rodgers right now though or some of the other top QB's.
Stranger things have happened I guess. I think somebody made a thread this year in the preseason and said the Bears were going to Super Bowl and I thought he was out of his mind. They came within one game of doing it.
NFC North is going to be a war next year it looks like.
I'm just glad the Packers got it done this year. They should be even better next year talentwise but they will have a target on their back every game and who knows if they can regain the magic. Based on the last 15 years or so of Super Bowl winners, it will be difficult.

I know you and i have had this conversation before. You beat us by a couple of pts at GB and we won 7-3 at Detroit although we did knock Rodgers out of the game. The Lions still need to pick up like i said 3 or 4 more really good players and if they do and there is a season (hopefully) then we will make a real good shot at winning the north. Time will only tell.

i like the lions and they should of won more games but lost a lot of close ones.. but im worried about Stafford, that guy just cant stay healthy, for a couple years now he has been hurt multiple times.. I know he is no wimp but he finds a way to endanger himself.

I hear ya but i still think they brought him back way to soon this past year should have waited till mid season. Like i said i'm glad they held him out of the last 4 or 5 games this year even though he was cleared to play. Now he will have had a almost a whole year to heal and build his strength. Hopefully there is a season next year i'm really interested in watching this Lions team they have really built on their confidence and knowing that they hung with the Super Bowl Champs GB lost by two @ and won at home 7-3 should give them a bunch of confidence.
