I think just about every backer in this game was smart enough to buy the hook. Well at least the smart ones..

I was one of the dumb players who didn't take the hook.....Was in a rush to get to dinner and left it at 3!!!!

Gah, had a parlay on it too!

and except us asswholes who use locals and dont have that option, lovie cost me about 8 or 900 on his brilliant clock management and fake punts. loser

Yup I lost the game Parlay cause I got greedy and went moneyline, but parlayed the same thing for the second half and won a little overall.  It was killer to know that overtime meant you were guaranteed to win something no matter who got the win. 

Lesson learned on parlaying the ML dog. 

Best case scenario when everyone wins.

Same here, no option for that.  Oh well, I didn't lose I guess.  Sometimes you've got to look at the bright side.

bought the hook and also played the over...adn hit even money on my parlay (cant buy the hook in the parlay) still a good night hit them for about 6 units...still have the bears in a teaser with utah! So its looking real good! Congrats to how ever bought the hook on either side! Was origanially on the saints...still would of bought the hook either way. Again congrats to everyone who won $$

the smart ones laid off the side altogether because the line was spot on.  which leads me to this question, why bet so many units on a game where u feel like you have to buy a half a point to hit? im not directing this to you directly phark, just to a couple of others who indicated the hit big tonite....i suppose i have a different viewpoint of buying hooks i guess
